If you want a FLAWLESS pedicure along with great conversation, ask for Mary. Being my first visit I felt very welcome, and enjoyed all of the friendly, upbeat staff members I came in contact with today. There is no doubt I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Mary, for a wonderful experience!

I went to Jerrica this morning for color, highlights and a cut. I'm new to Cheyenne and was nervous about finding a new hairdresser. I had spent weeks going back and forth through reviews on Google maps. This salon has great reviews and so I finally booked an appointment. I have never been so happy with my hair. She did a fantastic job. She was patient and helped me make choices based on her knowledge. When my hair was done, I had her wax my eyebrows as well. The salon is beautiful and clean. I will definitely be utilizing other services they offer and Jerrica will be my permanent hairdresser here.

Been going to Bobbie for a couple years now- she does amazing with my hair! Color is always on point, she wont take too much off when cutting (a huge bonus for me), and always friendly conversation. The salon is clean and has a cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend Enchanted to anyone. I recommend Bobbie too, but I dont want her to get so busy she doesnt have time for me anymore! Ha Ha!

Brandi Smith has been my hair stylist since moving to Cheyenne. Brandi cuts and highlights my hair and does an amazing job! I always leave feeling great about how my hair turned out! She has many years of experience in her trade and is up to date on all the latest trends. Having a busy schedule, I appreciate how efficient she is and always get me in and out without sacrificing quality! I definitely recommend Brandi as a hairstylist!

Fried my long hair and had to cut an extra 4 inches off on top of the requested 3 inches. My hair was like mushy and the ends(up to 3 inches) fell out if I tried to brush it when it was wet. Charged me $175 for ruining my beautiful long hair sad I won't name names because I feel bad for the young lady who is a mother and seemed that she is trying to make ends meet. But the manager needs better judge if character AND at professionalism.I had to buy $40 sham/cond & products to help with the excessive damage that had been done to my hair. I was able to get my hair done in an award winning San Diego salon at which they color corrected and cut and did a treatment to make my hair smooth again. I feel like I should have known better because this salon is in Cheyenne Wyoming, not my best choice but if you can't do hair professionally then DONT DO HAIR AT A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.Also I bought some beauty items and the make up was of poor quality. I do not recommend using this salon even with all the 5 star reviews (idk how they have so many)And I do not recommend purchasing any make up from their small room either.

I went to Jerrica this morning for color, highlights and a cut. I'm new to Cheyenne and was nervous about finding a new hairdresser. I had spent weeks going back and forth through reviews on Google maps. This salon has great reviews and so I finally booked an appointment. I have never been so happy with my hair. She did a fantastic job. She was patient and helped me make choices based on her knowledge. When my hair was done, I had her wax my eyebrows as well. The salon is beautiful and clean.
