This is the worst nail salon I have ever had the displeasure of getting my nails messed up because I did not get them done I got them ruined. Katie was the rudest "nail tech" and I use that term loosely. I know Cheyenne hasn't caught up with the latest trends and people are still getting flared white tips like its 2011. However, I showed Katie a picture of chrome nails with gel polish and she said she could do my nails like the picture. She also had the audacity to charge me $75 for doing an awful job. I don't mind spending money on a job well done but I do have a problem with walking out with nails that look like stevie wonder did them. All I wanted was a refund not for her to touch my nails again since she didn't know what she was doing the first time. She argued with me about the prices, which I wasn't disputing what I was disputing was the bumpy nail polish and uneven nail shape and how it was worth $75. Another customer chimes in obviously a fan of Katie's work , because she looked like she still wore flared jeans and peasant tops from Maurice's. Anyway after making a scene Katie finally gave me $22 back, which still in my eyes isn't enough. I'll never get my nails done in Cheyenne again , I feel sorry for girls with any fashion sense or who keep up on trends that they only have 5 places to choose from and one is this sorry excuse for a salon. I have gone to 4 nail places in town, it appalls me that none of them take pride in sanitation. The nail stations are all dusty from doing nails and such. Some products look crusty and old. How hard is it to wipe down stations, products and equipment so it is sanitary? Back to service, i took my granddaughter and daughter-in-law there over the weekend. They seem to use those cuticle clippers just as standard process without even assessing if cuticles need it or not. All three of us had cuticles cut so rough and poorly that they bleeded. My cuticles were worse then when I came in and they were left worn and dry. I had to ask for cuticle oil just so they could look decent and get moisturized ...and then he just uncaringly brushed it on sloppily. No pride in getting polish on nail base well either, they just rush and dont do a good job. Never will I come here again! Read Less

Katie does an excellent job. I've never had a nail break because of her work. She knows what you want and is very efficient and friendly. Great design work and attention to detail. The pedicures are the best and massage with it. Relaxing and good for the soul. Would highly recommend this salon. Read Less

The owner does great wax but the other employees are horrible. My pedicure was painful, my manicure massage was just some guy rubbing lotion on me, and my gel polish french was the worst I've ever experienced. The owner gave me $10 off after I showed her my nails. She wouldve fixed them but I did not have time to wait. Come for wax and nothing else. Read Less

Katie the owner is such a sweetie. This is a huge shop with like 8 stations and 8 pedicure chairs. They also do waxing. Many kinds of nails and they also do Shellac. A rare treat for nail salons is it is SO CLEAN and SO FRIENDLY. You won't be disappointed. Read Less

I went here on Saturday and I had a appointment that was made 4 day before, and when I got there they did start with me right way, but when they had other people come in they I was able to notes that they did not pay attention to me and was doing it really fasts. I never being to a place that puts 30 min in between appointments knowing it takes 45 to a hour to do a good full set.. Read Less
