I went in on Saturday to get acrylic nails, the lady told me to pick one of her colors rather then the picture I had of what I wanted. I told her I wanted glitter and the little bit of English she did speak she said I needed a solid color because what I picked was ugly. I told her I wanted long coffin nails and she kept asking if I was sure because she didn't wanna be known for doing ugly nails. She rushed the whole process, tools weren't clean and neither was her work area. My left set of nails is shorter than my right set. My nails were done sloppy, they aren't shaped right, she had dog hair or something on her hands when she started doing my nails and as I tried to grab the loose hairs on my nails from her she grabbed my hand away so I have whoever's or whatever's hair stuck under the nail polish on my acrylics. Absolutely garbage. My nails don’t look horrible but the service is bad and they are so rude. I scheduled my appointment for 5:30 and didn’t get in until 6:15. Unreal and I still paid $45 and their board says $35. They wouldn’t let me get regular polish on my acrylics they had me do gel polish. Not impressed. Read Less

Absolute garbage. The rushed my gel manicure so it didn't even sit under the lights half the time and was chipped ( at top and near cuticles) on half my nails after 2 days! My gf got a pedi too and hers were done fast and sloppy too. I went back for them to fix and she tried to rush again. I asked her to slow down -- but, ultimately, I still got TWO garbage jobs because it has been two says again and my gel is chipping. What the hell - that has never ever happened to me. The tech even blamed me for them chipping by saying "you must have been going g in the pool too much" which I never did once in that time. Might as well throw your money in the trash and skip wasting your time here. Read Less

Went in for a pedicure while on a family trip to the Dells, and I was very happy with the result. My feet felt wonderful after and the polish looked great. I would recommend this place if you want to avoid the high resort spa prices and get a good pedicure. Read Less

I just got my nails done at Hollywood Nails with my mom. Overall, perfect experience. They treated me like family members. They have always remembered my name and the exact services I got. Staff also was so polite. The prices are affordable. I'm definitely going to be a "regular" from now on. Would definitely recommend this place! Read Less

Kathy gave both of my daughters pedicures and a polish change for $25. She was very gentle with them. They are 8 and 9. She did designs for them as well. Tom did a fantastic gel manicure and spa pedicure. Very meticulous! Read Less

I was pampered like a rockstar :)I've been here a couple of times for nails. I was welcomed warmly by staffs here. They made my crooked toes look pretty!They always had new ideas for clients. There is no overwhelming odor and everything seems very sanitized and safe. Back here to try new paint colors what I want. I stopped in to get my acrylics removed and they said they were too busy with appointments. I then asked if I could make an appointment to get themRemoved and they said "NO".. so I wanted to make sure that I understood correctly.. yes they took appointments but no they would not give me an appointment to remove my nails..  my recommendation is to stay far away from this salon.. I found Hollywood Nails based on the local reviews since I am new to Wisconsin Dells. I was immediately greeted by staff when I came in, who were very courteous and friendly. I was never more stressed and disrespected in a nail salon before. The older lady was angry and yelling at someone on the phone the whole time I was there. Another client came for here appointment and was also yelled at. She left immediately. I tripped coming out of the chair hit my head hard on the floor, broke my glasses and hurt my hip. I asked for the managers name and number but they wouldn't give it me and proceeded to yell at me. After a bit, she told me to take her phone as it was her manager. The manager would not give me her name and number to fill out an incident report. Called the police and now I'm sitting outside the shop waiting for my son an hour away because my head hurts so bad I shouldn't be driving. The police started a case. Read Less

Overpriced for my experience, and after only 5 days my gel manicure is already cracked and chipping. I paid $70 when $50 would have been more reasonable and a competitive price for this area. Also, the lady cut me and laughed... Nothing more enraging on the planet. Read Less
