Went thete for my 1st time because had a smashed nail wanted to cover up. Harold did fantastic job and when i went to pay i realized i forgot my credit card. Howard and Sue do quality work at affordable prices. Their service goes above and beyond what anyone could expect. I have been doing business with Howard and Sue for over 10 years. In that time I have found them to be professional, accommodating, and just plain fun. Those people who have said they have limited color range need to look around. If they can't what they are looking for, they should ask. I have compared their prices with other nail salons, and their prices are within $1.00 dollar of other local salons. I have only visited this salon once. My friend and I had an appointment but there was mixup and they were overbooked. They were very apologetic so we waited. We both got shellac manicures. After 5 days the paint on 3 of my nails has already peeled off. My friends nails are doing great. So if you decide to go, I'd suggest requesting the owner for your manicure! Read Less

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Went in for a NCM and PC, both of which did not turn out how I wanted. First this place is highly over priced for the quality of work and the products. There were limited colors of polish and all of their products were cheap drug store finds. If you can avoid this place I highly recommend that you do. I would never go back. Even during my service I wanted to walk out. The NCM did not soak my hands in acetone or clean around the cuticle. For what they did they should call that a polish change. Left the salon with paint still around my skin. Not worth the $50. Very upset with their work. Read Less

I will not ever go anywhere else.  The service here is excellent. They pay very close attention   To detail and really care how your nails will look when they are done.  It is a small salon and I love that. We don't feel rushed and it feels like we are hanging out with friends when we are there.  The conversation is always good.  I don't know what they do, but the next day my feet still feel awesome,  and my pretty nails last longer than when done anywhere else.  I highly recommend this salon.  Thank you Howard  for providing such a great service! Made appointments for pedicures for bride and bridesmaid. Went in, and rude worker/owner told us he had put us down for acrylic nail manicures, which we definitely didn't ask for. He looked at us blankly and said "uh, sorry," and insinuated that we ordered the wrong thing, and let us walk out the door without offering any alternative. Lucky for him, my friend, the bride, didn't go Bridezilla on him. Will never EVER go back here again. Don't make an appointment unless you want something other than what you asked for.Read Less

Very rude and very poor customer relations. Called this morning to confirm this is an asian nail place and made my first appointment for 1230 today. At 1130 I called again to request for a tech that could best take ingrowned nails out. Was told their tech is not comfortable with it and that for me to look somewhere else. The person on the phone cancelled my appointment even if I asked him not to since it was kinda late for me to make an appoinment to another nail place and that I really needed my nails done today for an event. Very unaccommodating. So glad I found a much better place to go to during the last minute. I would not recommend this place at all. This place does not even deserve even a one star. Read Less

Howard is absolutely EXCELLENT!! The environment is incredibly warm & welcoming, and I have 0 complaints about their prices! The first time I walked in, I needed a full set to FIXED. Nailtique was complete booked, but Howard made it happen anyway! I left with a new, full-set acrylics, and my total price at Nailtique, was LESS than the price I paid for the original full-set that Howard had to fix. I of course made my a second appointment, and to my surprise, when I walked in, he remember who I was, and even the conversation we had during the previous appointment! None of the staff members try and push any of the customers to get something they don't want. If they feel that you may benefit from something that they have, they will simply suggest it.
