2-3 years ago, I had shellac done on my nails. 2 nails peeled off the same day. I thought I'd give them another try, as they're right next door from my gym. Well, in less than 2 days, both thumbs chipped and now a 3rd nail...it's shellac and has been 5 days. I have shellac on 80% of the time. Went in today and I called ahead of time. I asked for warm to hot water when the lady asked me. Got cool water, asked if she could make it hotter. Still disregarded me. The lady let my feet get wet but didn’t even let them soak or relax for a even a few minutes. WTH? I asked which was the best nail polish out of the mix for the $25.00 pedicure. She told me about shellac. I asked for one that went with the deal then she just shrugged her shoulders. Nice attitude. Most pedicures I’ve had last 40 minutes to an hour or more. Mine was done in in 20 minutes. I was completely disappointed. I asked that my big toes be cut down a lot since I was pregnant and they grow fast. They were cut just a bit and completely crooked. Even the big toes! She painted them and missed spots and my toes are very small. My fiancé could do a better job so that’s terrible. So she was obviously just slopping it on. She put a hot towel on one of my legs, then when it was cool put it on the other. I asked if she could get another hot towel to put on my other leg. I’m pregnant so my legs are pretty puffy and sore. That heat is great for circulation. She said no! I asked why? Then she with an attitude got up to get one and left it on for about a minute. I barely got a massage that was supposed to be 10 minutes long according to their sheet. I got maybe 5 all together. I wasn’t rude, I asked all my questions with a professional tone and courtesy. I even left a $5.00 tip which I wish I didn’t leave anything at all. I get people have bad days but I don’t get this luxury often and we don’t have money to spare. I have been a loyal customer for about three years, the girl who use to do my nails left so long story short last time I was there the owner long and friends were laughing at me in their language. I made an appointment and was a few minutes late and he said now you wait 1 hour, he said he was kidding but then he had me thinking that he was getting ready to do my nails and instead started working on someone else's hands, I know I was a few minutes late but when I got there he was working on someone else's hands if I would have known he was gonna just have me sitting I would not have waited around it was ride and as long as I been a loyal customer it hurt my feelings Read Less

My first time was yesterday as a walk -in in the afternoon for a quick pedi. I was happy with my service and stayed to get my nails filled and new shellac. I went by the photos and reviews - decided to come to try them. I thought it would be awkward but it wasn't at all. My tech is so lively and funny. I love this nail salon! I have been going here for a year plus.. i am always greeted when i come in the door and they are fast. They know me, always ask about my dog and my work. The owner is hilarous and is there 7 days a week.. dedicated ,and i admire that. I have seen their compassion for customers including helping a sr. Who was falling asleep in her chair. But mostly i am in here to speak about a complaint someone placed on here from 3 weeks ago. I was there. I wanted to let that customer know that the staff was not rude to you or any other customer.. he did not flip u off.. the problem with the service was the customer. You were loudly sighing in disgust many many times and being difficult.. you made it very uncomfortable for the rest of the customers and we were happy you left. Got a full set done by this nail shop! There are hundreds of gel and polish COLORS to choose from. I know it's kind of hard finding a good nail tech but she's so nice. & took her a great time on my pedis. The color lasts to 2-3 weeks. Come here AND you won't be disappointed! & love her from now. I literally left there with two fingers bleeding. I got a full set. Cost me $43. I didn't get anything special, just regular polish. Every other nail salon, that cost me 35 max. Regardless my fingers are killing me. Would not recommend!! Read Less

A more than welcoming environment. The prices rock and the attention to detail produces a quality unmatched. I love USA nails soooo much I get my nails done more often. I have been going to USA nails for about a year and a half now, and I absolutely love them. The employees are kind, they do great work, and they charge fair prices. I have never been disappointed. Went and got a gel full set here today. And about 8 hours later, my fingers are on fire. They are throbbing so bad. So I asked my friend who is a technician, and she said that it's because they filed my natural nails down way too much, and that a lot of trauma and damage has been done to my nails. On top of that, I told the lady I wanted to do acrylic, but she did not understand me and went ahead and did the gel...ALSO my friend actually got acrylic and she got charged for the gel. Will not go back here. Definitely not worth paying $70 for two full sets to wanting to chop off my fingers. Read Less

Very disappointed..... my daughter and I went for mommy and me pedicures.... I opted for shellac French on my toes. The lady doing my nails asked why I explained that I like the shellac because it lasted longer. It's been 1 week and the white tips are chipping. My daughter had her nails painted while she waited for me to finish up on my toes that night she took a bath and the Polish on her nails peeled off.....that night. So here we are a week later my heels are rough already and my toes a chipped. After $70 in services I need to have them done again..... I will be bring my services else where. Read Less

I used to get my nails done all the time here, never had a problem. But yesterday i went in to get long wear eyelash extensions that they claimed were meant for 3+ week wear. So overly thick and ugly i felt like i had a rug on my eyelids. Also a shiny black tar looking glue they smear on top so if you close your eyes that looks terrible too. Also came off that night, like within 2hours with an all natural face wash.. waste of 22$ dont even bother. Read Less
