I went here for a pedicure on 07/07/2018. I voiced how I wanted the dry skin on my feet to be taken care of. The guy who did my nails spent a poor amount of time focusing on the dry skin because the soccer game was on. Multiple times I noticed him stopping because he was distracted. I was going to let this go if the job was well done. I got home and got a chance to see my feet. They were still crusty, dry and didn’t even look like I had a pedicure. I called for a refund and they said they would but when I got there the guy only tried to give me $10 out of the $27 I spent. None of which was mentioned over the phone when discussing the refund. I didn’t leave without my entire refund but do yourself a favor and save your time and money.

Amazing service...always long waits due to shortage in staff and lack of being able to make appts. Ive been going here for 15yrs always happy with results...everytime i stray to another salon i am never as happy as i am here. Long wait sucks but worth it when the quality of work is so much better than anywhere else.

I like to give places second chances but this has been ridiculous. Waited over an hour each time and they put my nails on crooked. Asked them to fix it and that was a hassle.

I will never step foot in this place again. I always brought my own nail polish with me because they have no selection of colors and the guy never gave my color back, they put it on the their shelf. When I left I thought I had it in my purse, and I thought I lost it, searched my car and purse for it. I went back and they used up almost all my color!!! The thing was full!!! They made a profit from MY color!!! Your welcome!!!!

I love Ann's Nails. This shop has the most pleasant service everrrr. Only took me once to try them and I will never go to another nail salon. Tweety is my go to tech but they all do a really nice job.

I made an appointment for 2pm. I went in at about 1:50, and they had me add my name to a list. I was checking out the nail polish wall while I waited. There were not very many choices, and several of them were dry in the bottle. There was polish on the bottles as well. The acrylic shelves were attached to the wall, and behind one of the polishes was a dead spider. There was polish painted all over a paper sign that they could have easily reprinted. At about 2:05 I was told someone would be with me soon. At 2:15 they had me sit in a chair. Great! But then no one came over, so I left at 2:30. Worst experience at a nail salon ever. Why allow me to make an appointment? I understand you might run behind schedule, but this was ridiculous.

No signs anywhere stating CASH ONLY. Had a hard time understanding some of them especially with their masks on. As she is doing my nails I finally asked if this was CASH ONLY quick to respond cash only back. Other Salons that I've been to have not been CASH ONLY. If I ever go again that will be my first question. Oh and with the miscommunication she never fixed my thumb nail. Don't recommend this place at all

My experience was amazing the older man did mine and took his time there was no rush he made sure I wanted the nails I wanted also they lasted me 3 weeks which is pretty good they also did my daughter...

I absolutely love Anns nails. They are so good with acrylics and super inexpensive. I got a full gel set with a few jewels on my nails and it only cost me $36. I definitely recommend them.

I love love love Anns nails, they are really good with acrylics and really inexpensive. I go a full gel set with a few jewels and it was only $36! The lady was nice and really good. The only thing - plan on spending around an hour or more there.

Not the place to go for natural nails. Manicurist wanted to use the electric drill on my nails. I said no insisted that it would not damage my nails. I explained that every time a drill has been used ...
Not the place to go for natural nails. Manicurist wanted to use the electric drill on my nails. I said no insisted that it would not damage my nails. I explained that every time a drill has been used on my nails, they break. Then an older manicurist chimed in that the had to use the drill...I had to go. I went to my regular spot where my gel polish was removed without incidence, without having to ask not to use a drill. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to go natural and wear gel polish.

I have been coming here for over ten years. The staff takes very good care of their clients and even have redone my nails completely just to make sure I left happy. They have a special service where you can pay to have your own buffer and nail file in a numbered box that is used only by you. I am kind of a germ weirdo so I love that! Highly recommended.

Dissapointed with my nail and pedicure experiences here. Their services are inconsistent. Quality just depends on who you get to do your nails. They are also not shy about keeping you waiting after starting your manicure so they can start another client... Waited 15 min extra while I sat there nails buffed and ready to go. A shellac manicure fill shouldn't take an hour and 45 minutes to do.

I went here for a pedicure on 07/07/2018. I voiced how I wanted the dry skin on my feet to be taken care of. I will never step foot in this place again. I always brought my own nail polish with me because they have no selection of colors and the guy never gave my color back, they put it on the their shelf. When I left I thought I had it in my purse, and I thought I lost it, searched my car and purse for it. I went back and they used up almost all my color!!! The thing was full!!! They made a profit from MY color!!! Your welcome!!!!

I made an appointment for 2pm. I went in at about 1:50, and they had me add my name to a list. I was checking out the nail polish wall while I waited. There were not very many choices, and several of them were dry in the bottle. There was polish on the bottles as well. The acrylic shelves were attached to the wall, and behind one of the polishes was a dead spider. There was polish painted all over a paper sign that they could have easily reprinted. I have been coming here for over ten years. The staff takes very good care of their clients and even have redone my nails completely just to make sure I left happy. Dissapointed with my nail and pedicure experiences here. Their services are inconsistent. Quality just depends on who you get to do your nails. They are also not shy about keeping you waiting after starting your manicure so they can start another client... Waited 15 min extra while I sat there nails buffed and ready to go. A shellac manicure fill shouldn't take an hour and 45 minutes to do.
