I wish I could give them zero stars. She did a poor job and just rushed through. I didn't ask for mood polish and she just did it anyway. I also came with my two daughters so we could all get our nails done and I said as much when I came in, but then the owner pretends like I didn't say that and they said they were closing and my daughters didn't get their nails done (another customer heard me say that and confirmed what I had said, but they were still rude about it). It was supposed to be a special treat, and it was kind of ruined. I wish I could post a picture of the crappy job she did and it would let you know everything about this place. Too bad, because it was a quieter nail shop, but I will have to find a better place to go. I wish I could get my time and money back. Read Less

Went here to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady dropped burning hot wax in my eye.. my eye still burns and this was around 11am. Instead of making a big deal I just walked out. Trying to get the wax out of my eye caused my bottom lashes and top lashes to come out. I had to force my eye open. I won’t be returning. Read Less

This was my first time going here. I walked in and right away they asked what I wanted and I was seated immediately. Everyone was very friendly, they had nice things to watch on the TV, and even people who weren’t doing my nails were friendly and held conversation. The woman who did my nails got right to business she shaped them and made them look really nice, applied a nice amount of coats and really just did an overall great job. Being an entrepreneur, customer service and establishing a rapport means a lot to me and they definitely aimed to please with conversation and getting me in right before closing. Was good for a while but I went on vacation. And I had two nails that broke under the gel nails and I had to get them removed because they didn't file the gel down enough so it was to tight on my fingernails. The salon I went to had a hard time getting the nails off. Staff here is nice thorough. Read Less

The best quality nails for the best price! Owner is super nice too. Don't be put off by the less than luxurious appearance because you will get nail color that lasts long. This is the only place I get my acrylics done because they always last at a minimum 3 weeks! Would highly recommend Read Less

I had been a customer of this nail salon for 2 years. After trying different manicurist/pedicurist at this nail salon, I was very impressed by Angel's service and I continued to get manicure/pedicure from her consistently. Unfortunately, over my past 2 visits the owner & his wife Angel have been very rude, unprofessional, dishonest and impolite. On my prior visit, I had booked my manicure/pedicure with Angel. I checked in on time, however, I was told that Angel was sick with belly ache and thus another therapist will look after me. I reluctantly agreed, but then I realized that Angel wasn't sick. She was providing nail extension service to another customer at the same time. They could have easily informed me about this change and I could have rescheduled my appointment with her, however, they clearly value quantity of business over quality. They also don't mind lying to their customers. I booked another visit with Angel today ignoring my previous experience and hoping to give them another chance. I thought of the prior visit as an aberration and was hoping that they would win me back. Unfortunately, the experience turned from bad to worse. Angel started my pedicure and told me that she was doing this treatment as a "favor" and that "she could make more money by dedicating the same amount of time to another customer needing nail extension". I was clearly upset at her statement. I am not sure why she accepted my request for an appointment with her but was reluctant to offer treatment 2 hours later. I expressed my displeasure with her behavior. Her husband (the owner) and Angel both started to argue with me. I asked them to terminate the service, paid for the treatment and left. I have no plans on going back to this nail salon. Their behavior with me over the last two visits has involved lying, being dishonest, unprofessional and rude. I would have expected them to be honest and let me know that they are unable to guarantee a specific therapist or accommodate my request. I can then make an informed decision. However, they have lied to me on two different occasions. The owner and Angel, inadvertently, let it slip that they were gossiping about me in their native language when I arrived. They mentioned this to me during my argument with them. They should understand that it is impolite to speak another language in front of someone specifically because you don't want that person to understand what you're saying. I wish they will make amends and treat their customers right and with respect in future. Read Less

Even though they say they take walk-ins, they're always busy, so if you don't make an appointment, they might not service you... that's the only downfall of this place. Love this place! I moved to the area about two months ago and I have been unsuccessful finding a nail salon that does the job correctly to say the least. S Spa Nails does the job quickly and accurately without any pain to your nails. The manicures/pedicures are priced very fair and last extra long. I won't be going anywhere else. Read Less

I recommend this place for a quick fix or if you're out of options. ^_^Saturday (04/26/14)My niece and I arrived around 5:50-6pm, we were "walk-ins" and they accepted walk-ins fairly. I had called in advance in the afternoon to ask of their prices and if they were busy and they weren't during that time (oh well). We had to wait a long time because they only had 3 staffs working on 3 customers at that time and it was very close to closing time (7pm). The owner was very nice and greeted us at the front. Luke (The owner) asked us what can he help us with, and I explained my situation along with what I wanted and what my niece wanted. (I wanted to soak off all my acrylic nails and get gel nails done and as for my niece she just wanted a basic manicure). He quickly took a look at my nails and replied "ok sure, I'll see what I can do". He then proceeds on leading us to choose our colors we want to paint our nails with and towards the seating area. He offered my niece and I and my niece's friend beverages, but we were ok so we kindly declined. As my niece and I was choosing our colors the smell of acetone got really strong, stronger then when we first arrived. But we held our breaths until we couldn't anymore. :p I was wondering if they had anything to suck the smell out but I guess not? That's why the staffs was all wearing hospital facial masks.We took a while to finally agree on our colors. But no worries because they weren't finished helping the 3 customers yet and it was already 7pm. Soon the smell really got to us so my niece and her friend went outside for some air and I stayed inside because it was too windy outside. Waited a while longer and one customer finished and left, my niece was helped next. Then the second customer finised and left and I was next to be helped. Again I explained that I wanted all my acrylics off and wanted gel but unfortunately we didn't have much time because it was already 15-20 minutes past 7pm and Luke insisted that he'll fix it up my nails for me so I won't have to waste money. I figured that it'll be a good idea since my niece & I and her friend was going to a restaurant in downtown that night as well. As soon as he started there was a customer who also did a walk-in and two others. (I was thinking "oh dear don't tell me it'll be a rush on my nails now"). Eventually it wasn't that bad and my nails turned out ok, so did my niece's. I had a solid light pink color for my nails and my niece had a french tip manicure. My left hand nails didn't turn out as nice as my right hand nails. (Left; the thumb, index, and middle finger). But overall it was a nice experience for my niece and I, we both agreed that they had friendly staffs. Already scheduled an appointment for Friday, May 23rd 2014 so there won't be anymore over waiting for us. ;) Read Less
