Approximately 10 months ago, I wrote a VERY positive review of Glamour Nails. Unfortunately, I returned this past weekend and the experience was awful, incredibly disappointing. A young gentleman did my pedicure and "dipped" manicure. Simply stated, he was just "going through the motions." He took no pride in his work, didn't remove my cuticles, and essentially cared less about how well (or poor) my nails looked. Additionally, at one point he got out his phone and had a 5 minute conversation while doing my manicure. I won't go back, I can't risk spending $85 on substandard work.

They do not know how to do SNS dipping! They don't know how to properly take it off and especially not put it on! I should've went somewhere else when she expressed how much she hated sns and taking it off. If done properly it comes off easily! But figured I'd give her a chance and maybe there are different ways to take it off and put it on. She went to use the light to set and I expressed concerns of that is not how it's usually done and she argued and said it was. I let her do it anyway which was a dumb idea on my part! My nails are lopsided and have never looked worse! I'll give em this, I like the shape of my nail but that's all they got right. She said they look nice which they don't and you can feel the rough bumps! But I payed and went elsewhere to get them fixed!

The lady got mad at me for accidentally smudging my nails.She said "I have other customers I have to take care of." I told her that "I didn't mean to smudge my nails" but she still was mad at me. She hardly spoke to me before that or asked me how she wanted me to lay my hands, she just sighed heavily and gave me rude expressions. My mom on the other hand who got a pedicure for another lady had a wonderful experience!

Love everything about glamour nails. I have been coming here for years and I am always satisfied with my nails. Great customer service. Lots of color options too. Great establishment! I go to Theresa as of recent and I highly recommend her also. But they are all great nail techs.

I have only been here 3 times but this is now my only spot I will visit in the wauwatosa/milwaukee area. Staff here makes you feel welcome and they actually care about the way they are doing your nails/feet. I would highly advise anyone to come here, because they are not rude like many of the other salons in the area. Also, My manicures from here never chip compared to other places.

Lovely, friendly staff! I had a shellac pedicure which is lasting really well and really reasonable price. Great range of colours to choose from. Will definitely come back. X

The workers were very very nice but unfortunately I got a full set of acrylics... they were very crooked, I asked for almond shape but had very uneven ovals lol. I went to a different salon to get a fill and they were so crooked there was no fixing them I needed a full new set.

I have not been here for awhile now. Every time I come here the ladies are always pleasant. Today Mei was my manicurist. She remembered me since last visit. Very sweet person. I got the glamour pedicure instead of the regular pedicure. It was $7 more but it was worth it. It includes removing the callous, exfoliating scrub & extended time on the leg & foot massage. Yeah !I also got my regular no chip manicure. Mei was efficient & knew what I needed. If you are in the Mayfair Rd area give them a try!

I've been here about 6 times total and had so-so experiences. Your service will depend greatly on who you get. But after my last experience, I won't be back. I got a pedicure recently and as I sit down, a man walks in who just smoked outside and comes to do my feet. Kind of a turn off right away since he smelled like an ashtray. He's doing my pedi and his fingernails were super dirty and nasty. He also cut me deep on my big toe cuticle and I bled. It hurt really bad and I told him and he literally just nodded his head....wow. Just don't get the man with long hair whatever you do. I'd rather spend more and go somewhere with quality service!

Visited this Salon for the first time yesterday. It was highly recommended to me by my daughter. I can honestly say I've never felt so at home in a Salon. A feeling of calm envelopes you from the moment you step through the door. I tried "eyebrow threading" for the very first time and I was well impressed by the finished result. I also had the "deluxe pedicure", amazing!! The girls who work there are extremely welcoming, professional and friendly. Really looking forward to my next visit!!!

They really take their time and do exactly what you ask. Highly recommended!! My mom and I love going to this place. I will only have them do my nails now!

Visited salon today for my first IPL treatment, very impressed with the service and the professionalism of staff (Manager Kirsty). Whilst there I decided to try eyebrow threading and tint. Not my usual routine as I'm personally not a fan of threading and usually have them waxed. However, I have to say I am totally converted, had a pleasant threading experience with the very talented Afsaneh. Delighted with the result. If it's not your usual routine, certainly give it a go, you will not be disappointed I promise.

Approximately 10 months ago, I wrote a VERY positive review of Glamour Nails. Unfortunately, I returned this past weekend and the experience was awful, incredibly disappointing. A young gentleman did my pedicure and "dipped" manicure. Simply stated, he was just "going through the motions." He took no pride in his work, didn't remove my cuticles, and essentially cared less about how well (or poor) my nails looked. Additionally, at one point he got out his phone and had a 5 minute conversation while doing my manicure. I won't go back, I can't risk spending $85 on substandard work.
