All of my adult life I have struggled to find someone that I like to cut my hair. My hair is long and I usually just want a trim, but I swear every person that cuts my hair does something to mess it up and I never go back to that person again. Dana at Turning heads has cut my hair multiple times and never messed up. She always listens to what I am describing and cuts it the exact way. This salon was an absolute joke! Every time I would call the staff was impolite and not helpful. They screwed up the time of my nail appointment and while I was getting my nails done the staff was inappropriate as they swore frequently and spoke negatively about their clients. The salon was also cluttered with molding for the walls that were on the floor with exposed nails as well as children’s toys and formula. Besides poor customer service, Turning Heads had TERRIBLE accommodations for their clients. Their foot spa was literally a foot spa you could purchase at Target or Wal Mart for $20 and they had you sit in a massage office chair. The nail polish they used was old and clumpy and the "nail technician" kept adding acetone to the nail polish to thin it out but it changed the color and the nail polish wouldn't dry. The technician also struggled with putting the nail polish on my nail and not on my hand. I ended up taking off the nail polish 3 HOURS later because it simply wouldn't dry and it looked like my child had painted it on. Terrible salon! It was an absolutely joke and I couldn't believe my ears when I was told my services were $70. Read Less
