horrible experience! the woman who did my nails was rude and cut me more than once. they turned out bubbly and are chipped and un even. i went there sunday and back today to ask for my money back was told no. i thaught id give this place anouther try since i havent been there in years and now i know why i havent gone in. NEVER AGAIN will i step foot in this nail salon just horrible.

It was my first time getting arcrylic nails done, and thought it was going to be fun. Well it was till my nail literally won’t stop chipping and she fixed it once already. Like other people have said she needs more staff cause two people just isn’t enough and she could do a lot better if she took her time to do peoples nails

The staff tries hard but they could use more people especially in the summer. Gina is great, but needs some reliable help. I have been going here for several years & they could really use some new equipment & chairs. The age is definitely showing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Told me to come back in 20 mins because the ladyWas working on somebody's eyebrows and there was another guy Worker there, just them 2. So I come back and he is doing someones nails ...
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Told me to come back in 20 mins because the ladyWas working on somebody's eyebrows and there was another guy Worker there, just them 2. So I come back and he is doing someones nails and another person is getting their nails done. WHY COULDNT HE HAVE DID MINE? IF YOU TELL SOMEONE TO COME BACK YOU BETTER BE EXPECTING THEM. Oh and to top it off I walked back in and ge looked at me and didnt say a word. I walked right out. RIDICULOUS

I enjoyed every second I was there. From the moment I walked in I was greeted like a regular customer and everyone working there was so fun and uplifting. They were so considerate of everything. Gina ...
I enjoyed every second I was there. From the moment I walked in I was greeted like a regular customer and everyone working there was so fun and uplifting. They were so considerate of everything. Gina was especially considerate of if she was hurting me or not. If I flinched just a little she would immediately apologize and fix what hurt me. The machine got too hot, so she slowed it down and no more pain. She was so kind. I honestly can't praise this place enough. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because of the line work on my design. It isn't the best and looks "grungy" but it works with the nails I have so I love it. The atmosphere is so homey and it was just a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Especially when I got 5% off for paying in cash!
