The woman was very rude, acting like it was a hassle because I didn’t pick a color in 5 seconds, was super snappy and mean. She was careless with my nails and the design was crooked and ugly. The pedicure guy shredded my big toes and they are still hurting.

Every month without fail I walk out with the most beautiful set of Acrylics! I really would not recommend anywhere else! They are just what I want, Faye knows what I like. The nails are strong quality...
Every month without fail I walk out with the most beautiful set of Acrylics! I really would not recommend anywhere else! They are just what I want, Faye knows what I like. The nails are strong quality & last the full 4 weeks! Beautiful place & Faye is lovely.

If you're looking for a pedicure where they actually massage your feet, come here. I was about to throw the towel in for finding a good spot that doesn't gloriously pet your feet and bam! I found this...
If you're looking for a pedicure where they actually massage your feet, come here. I was about to throw the towel in for finding a good spot that doesn't gloriously pet your feet and bam! I found this place. What deluxe pedicure really means is 3 massages with actual pressure. Working in retail after black friday a good pedicure was needed! Hats off!!

Awful customer service! Super rude, wouldn't let my friend and I look at colors or hold the nail polish acting in a way that we were going to steal the polish! Didn't take time or put effort in

Been here before but the last two times they were rude. They yelled at me for looking st colors and trying a brush of them on my nail to see them. They also wouldn't let me look at the products in bac...
Been here before but the last two times they were rude. They yelled at me for looking st colors and trying a brush of them on my nail to see them. They also wouldn't let me look at the products in back, they kept stopping me. I also had to put the colors I chose on the table they said they didn't trust me holding them... I made an appointment and they made me wait 30 minutes after a walk in as well. Just not the same

Today was my first appointment at Cristal Nails, I would highly recommend anyone wanting beautiful nails! I showed Faye what I wanted - nail art wise and colours and she was more than happy and suggested extra points, which have only made my nails look even better! She has a huge range of polishes and 3D nail art, which left me almost unable to choose what to have! Can't wait for my next visit now!!

CARELESS! I had my nails done there on August 10th. While the tech was removing old acrylic, he cut into my nail bed at the cuticle. I will be losing that nail for sure. I went back & asked the owner ...
CARELESS! I had my nails done there on August 10th. While the tech was removing old acrylic, he cut into my nail bed at the cuticle. I will be losing that nail for sure. I went back & asked the owner for the name of his insurance company & was told he doesn't have insurance. Just don't paint that nail & go ahead & let it grow out. NO APOLOGY. NOTHING! Never again!
