Emma Faye is amazing! There were able to squeeze my mother in for an appt. on her birthday, which was a couple of days after she came home from the hospital and right before she started chemo. THEN, the angelic, beautiful, big-hearted Brooke Elder (who we just met and works there) offered to pay for my mom! My mother, daughter and I were crying and could not believe her genuine, self-less generosity. What a gesture of ultimate kindness! I absolutely love getting my nails done here. They are always perfectly shaped and the gel lasts a long time without chipping. Super friendly staff. I only rated it 4 stars because it's very hard to find appointment availability, booked out at least a month or two. One of my must stops whenever I'm in the Milwaukee /Waukasha area. I love the family atmosphere and Emma will do things to your fingernails you've never had done before. Maybe I'm wrong but when I grew up our mom soaked our feet, cleaned under our toenails, then clipped them.  But out of the last 5 pedicures I've had only one of them cleaned under toenails.  Shouldn't this go without saying? When I asked the lady if she would do this, she didn't and then told me something I could not understand because of her accent. Her English is not great. She did a good job but not 100% what I wanted. I tip well so they are losing out. I intend to go to other salons in the area now. I may come back to this one.  The owner seemed a very nice guy.  I really have no other complaints. I'm willing to pay for what I receive, so what am I doing wrong? Read Less

I got a rushed No chip !! you don't get the kinda respect and attention you get in fancy places here ! (like in Nail spas in Chicago or dntn Milwaukee )the technique was good , my No chip Mani came off in 10 days, but I think it was because O.P.I brand is not a very long lasting one . with so much enthusiasm around this place , I wonder why they don't hire more staff ,I think people will have a much better experience . Great manicure.  Clean business.  Nice employees.  Only issue: you have to bend way forward for the manicures.  They are not seated when working on your hands and the island they work on is wide and deep.  Result: my back is killing me today. Read Less

I accidentally messed up my Fourth of July nails two days after getting them done(my fault) and Emma worked with me to get me in before I left for up north to fix them!! I I always get my nails done here when I go from from college and they're always amazing I have very short nails and some people hurt me accidentally but NEVER Them. If I hate something she fixes it. My absolute favorite place to have my nails done. The warm family atmosphere is a big bonus. Emma's art is spectacular.   I live in Florida and do business here often, and I always make sure to get my nails done by Emma.   If you're looking for a fast paced no personality nail salon don't go here. I came in to have my nail art re done and Emma made it look identical to the picture on pintrest. I was very impressed at how quick and perfect she made the nails look. My search is finally over for a great nail spa in Waukesha. I love Emma Fayes's!  First and foremost, it is very clean which is very important to me. Emma is extremely accommodating and friendly. She is very hard-working, provides a wonderful service, and a pleasant experience. All in all Emma Faye's is not pretentious, has fair pricing, and the service is quick. I gave it one star because the prices are CHEAP! But my mom now has a terrible infection around her toenail due to the lack of sanitary procedures during pedicures. They used the same scrubbers on multiple clients and did not wash out the foot baths in between appointments. Read Less

Emma is amazing!  I stopped here for a shellac manicure today as a walk in and i was able to get my nails done with a small waiting time. Emma is very detailed and quite the perfectionist, which I love! After I arrived I was offered a beverage and started to sort through all of the polish colors. Loved this place! I was in town to visit my family and stopped to get my nails done before a cruise. I just got a polish on my toes and fingernails but both turned out great!
