Went there for the first time today on a friend recommendation. They were kind, and chatty. They did a wonderful job on my nails. The owners are so loving and caring towards me. I'm new to The area and at this point I think I've gone in about 4 separate times. Always friendly, they always offer a beverage too. I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars because it was damn near perfect. We had a reservation for 6 for a bridal party for mani and pedis. After sitting for 15 min we finally got to sit to start our pedis. One of our party had to wait until even after some were done with both their manis and pedis to begin her pedi. This is my main complaint. I recognize that it is hard to juggle so many people with limited staff, but when a walk in was started before someone in our reservation, it's a bit off putting. But other than that, wonderful service. We had a great time and my mani has withstood 4 days and 2 weddings with no chips! They really took their time on my feet and my hands and it really was a lovely experience once we got in. I can't believe that my nails still look so fabulous, and it was just a regular manicure! Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Got the wax first then the toes. Sounds pretty alright huh? Dead wrong. Pedicure was fine but went I finished I looked into the mirror and my brows we're BRIGHT red and STILL stinging. I brought it to their attention and was told the redness will go down in 2hrs. I said no that's wrong since they sting. The girl is called over and puts more stuff to help the redness....nope my skin BURNS. Went home and put a cold washcloth on my eyes for 40mins. Three hours later it's confirmed they BURNED me. After trying to go back and tell them they showed how little they care for their clients safety and used and and every excuse to deny that it was their fault. polite staff and the pedicure was nice but I got fake tips and they completely destroyed my nail beds to the point where it's painful to use my hands. I'd be willing to go back for a pedicure but never again for my finger nails. Read Less

Awful. People are super rude and disrespectful, I got French done on Saturday before Easter and one nail chipped and my other nails were starting to pop up.. I called them and they told me to come in and they told me that was my nail and I was stupid and I asked for color instead and she didn't even take my white tips off just covered over them. I have been getting acrylics for 3 years now and always went to the same place but they were not making me happy anymore I tried elegant nails at first I was happy with them but today was my 3rd time going and I was there yesterday to get a fill and was told it was a 20 min and watched people come and go for 45 min instead at that point I just needed it to be done but the lady I got made me bleed multiple spots and missed almost half of my nail with black polish and when I got home bad looked closer at everything I saw many flaws so I went back to get them fixed to look better for the holidays but it was another 40 min wait for their mistakes I will never go back there Read Less

My friend and I went here together a couple days ago and when we walked in we were immediately greeted and we were given service right away. We both got manicures done by different people. I had mine done by the man that was there who did a great job at the time and she had hers done by the woman that was working. She did a mediocre job; by the end of the manicure it looked a little sloppy and it looked like my friend could've done them herself. It has barely been 24 hours and the polish has chipped off of 4 of my nails significantly (I have been extremely careful so they wouldn't chip and they still did). I would give this place no stars if I could. Terrible customer service and a terrible job. My eyebrows look like sheit and if I wanted the sides of my nails not painted I would have done them myself. This is my favorite nail salon (I've been to many). The staff is so nice and make you feel like family. It's is a smaller shop with only 3 employees (Kim & Kevin are 2 of the 3 and they are the owners). I've never had an issue with getting any kind of fungus (which I had problems with at LyLy). Also, the services here last longer then anywhere else I have gone to get pedicures, fills, and now shellac done. I drive from West Allis because of the prices at Elegant Nails and the fact that I can go 3 weeks without needing a fill. They also don't have you replace your acrylics as often as other places. I think a gel fill is $28 and a pedicure is around $26 but they don't charge extra for every little thing - Ann Read Less

This group is very talented and thorough! The decor is nice, the waiting area very comfy, the tables are clean, the chairs are wonderful, the price is reasonable and the detail to you personally is well worth the effort to stop in.
