Took my niece to get her nails done and decided to get mine done as well,the older man that works there right off the bat criticized the design said only black women like nails how I wanted them, I wanted almond shaped french nails, seemed like he rushed to get them done did a horrible job, they were crooked, bulgy in some areas, the nail polish job itself was messy and spotty I told him I didn't even want my nails after they were done said he would charge another 15 on top of the 33 I paid to cut them off at that point one of the ladies there offered to fix them after I was in tears, I will NEVER NEVER NEVER return was the WORST experience getting my nails done just to save a few bucks but not even worth it!!!! Took my two daughters there to get a pedicure at 6:40pm. She said she couldn't service them, due to a group of seven coming in at 7pm. I said, "oook." Then she asked what they were getting done. She then decided to take one of my daughters back to sit down for a pedicure at 6:45pm. I went over there and said we can come back a different day.. She said "no." My other daughter and I were standing across the side of them looking at nail polish. It's 6:55pm and I saw she was already putting on a base coat on my daughters toe nails. I went over there and said, "You're already done?..That's already pretty fast pedicure." The lady made no comment. So, my daughter is already at the drying area at 7pm. (Still no party of seven showed up) She was now ready to bring back my other daughter. I said "no, we're going somewhere else. You rushed my daughters pedicure. You only did a ten minute pedicure and expect me to pay 25 dollars. She said, " no, it's 20 dollars and I spent 20 min." I had a gift card of 50 dollars to this nail salon that I got from my birthday, but I was using it for my daughters instead...Anyway, there was a lady already getting a pedi when we got there, her toes were just starting to get polished when my daughter was already done at the drying area..Also, the client she had before, was at the drying area and when she was done drying her nails, my daughters feet were already done.. When I stated we're going somewhere else, she said no other nail salons are open. I already had googled other salons when I saw when she was putting the base coat on and I said Tiki nails is open till 8pm. She kept talking over me and I just wanted to get checked out so I can go to the other salon. Remember she "corrected" on the price of the pedicure. ..I said "I'm suppose to pay 25 dollars for a 19 min pedicure. .." She said, "No, it's 20 dollar." On my gift certificate she put -25 dollars..lol She gave herself a 5 dollar tip off of my gift certificate. That's illegal! I work in the salon business, I know the rules and laws. I had a pedicure and shellac on my fingers. Kim shredded my heal, didn't apologize or give me a discount. My polish is also coming off already. My shellac polish is chipping and it has only been 6 days since they were done. So disappointed and pained that I will NEVER go back. Another time when Kim did my pedicure, she cut my toe. Read Less

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. While the prices were ALRIGHT, the job done was horrible. I got acrylics done a few weeks ago by one of the men working there. Not only was he kind of rude, but I got the feeling that he was rushing to get them done, without taking time to actually shape the nails. And when I asked to have them shaped in an almond shape, he acted as if I was asking to have him cure a disease. They are crooked and bulbous. Acrylics are meant to look like YOUR nails, just longer, not like they're fake. If I wanted my nails to look fake, I would have bought fake nails. I've had better work done by a friend who hadn't gotten her degree in nail cosmetology yet. I will not be wasting my money here again. Read Less

I walked in to ask questions and schedule an appointment for a specific day. I wanted to get a full set of acrylic nails. I was standing there looking at the menu and one would think someone would ask me if I had any questions, but no. I saw on the menu that there was a "natural acrylic" and "regular acrylic" for acrylic nails. I had no idea what the difference was so I was going to ask. As I approached the guy that worked there, I told him "I'm looking to make an appointment for acrylic nails for next week" all he had to say was "go write your name down on the sheet" and he walked away. I was going to ask other questions but whatever. Once i looked at the sheet, it just asked for your first name and what you want done. How will they know i wanted it for the specific day and time. I felt uncomfortable in there at the fact they were not welcoming at all. I signed up or whatever, i put my name down but not planning to show up. Quick easy and done right.  I was able to walk in without an appointment on a weekday afternoon.  I had the no chip manicure done and found it done very well and professionally compared to a lot of other more expensive places.   This is my new go to place in waukesha. Read Less

On a Saturday afternoon my friend and I wanted to get pedicures. She had been here several times before so she recommended it. We called ahead to make sure they had time to do both of our pedicures together & they said to come right in. When we got there, we had to wait about 5 minutes before they started to get our pedicure bowls ready. They moved us to the bowls and had us start soaking. We soaked for about 10 minutes before someone came over to start my pedicure while my friend still sat there soaking. I can honestly say, this was the worst pedicure I have EVER had in my life and I figured out why towards the end! She was very rough when taking care of my cuticles, and the massage was so short in length that if I would have blinked, I would have missed it. After rushing through my horrible pedicure, she drained my bowl and let me sit there, while she moved over and started on my friends pedicure! My friend had sat there soaking her feet for over 30 minutes before anyone even touched her! What may be even worse is the fact that no one told us what was going on. The woman was very rough with my friend too, especially with the cuticles! I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE, unless of course you want poor service, a horrible massage, and an overall not relaxing experience! Read Less
