I was very disappointed I had a manicure and pedicure within a week in half my gel polish was peeling and the polish on my toes were peeling too. My nails were not even I try telling the young man my nails were not even and then he got carried away and one hand the nails was shorter than the other hand. I had an appointment at 12, I was told to come in a little early so they could soak off the nails I had already had on. I arrived at 1140 so they could soak them off an start at noon. I sat waiting until 1230. I should have just gotten up and left. I had 2 different people work on my nails. The first person, a younger man, took FOREVER on my nails..it was 230 and he was still working on my nails. They were bumpy, crooked and all different lengths. I asked him to fix them and he said they looked fine and there was no reason to fix them. I demanded someone else come over and fix them. The manager came over, worked on my nails for MAYBE 10 minutes, said they looked perfect and walked away. They then told me it was going to be 70$!!! I refused to pay and left. Terrible service. By far the best nail salon I have been in the lake country/Watertown area ... the salon is clean and the people are friendly who don’t rush you out the door. I read great reviews about this place. I was very excited to try it out with my 4 year old daughter. We went on saturday and we got a mani pedi. I was a little frustrated that they only took 20 minutes to do my daughters and 2 hours to do mine. I wish they would have spaced it out a little for her. I showed them the picture I wanted for my nails. He started doing it, but changed the color of the flower without mentioning it to me or asking if I wanted something else. Not a huge deal, but I had expectations of something else. The flower is very faint now and hard to see when it was supposed to be super bright. I got to walking and realized they cut my foot while using the foot scraper thing. And once I got home there was another cut on the bottom of my foot and he scraped my foot so much that is raw and sore! I am a little leary about going back now. Of course just a mistake, but one I feel shouldn't be made once, and it happened twice. The employees were very friendly, but that is not enough for me to go back again. :( Read Less

Very clean and pleasant appearing nail salon. They have 9 NEW pedicure chairs; no cracked vinyl or massaging features that no longer work. Also 8 manicure stations. The pedicure bowl is covered with a plastic liner that is changed after each customer. I appreciated that they took the time to be sure I was pleased with my mani/pedi. I love the fact they use liners in their pedi bowls. The older gentlemen knows how to massage the feet. He knows the pressure points and takes his time. Only complaint I have is the hand towel I used to dry my hands had musty smell. Like when you leave the wash cloths in washer too long before the dryer. Other than that this is my new place to go! I have been having my nails done for over 35 years. I have now been to Sparkle Nails twice. Both times for complete nails and design as well as a pedicure. I cannot compliment this salon enough at this time. They are efficient, experienced, obviously take pride in what they do. The individual attention they give to customers is amazing.I love that they are interested in the new as well as the old designs and their willingness to try any of the new ideas out there. I would recommend "Sparkle" for anyone (young or old) who loves to feel good about themselves while maintaining stylish and healthy nails that really hold up against normal day to day stress and use.
