Every winter I get fake nails put on to keep the tips of my fingers from cracking open and bleeding. I was looking for a new nail salon and CT Nails came highly recommended by everyone I asked. I went in today to get acrylic nails done and they suggested something called SNS. It looks and feels great and there are so many beautiful colors to choose from! where should i start... i am very dissatisfied with the owner and their customer service where it pertains to work done in their shop .. i had a set of acrylic nails put on about 3 weeks ago.( by one of their people who work there . Yesterday i was back for the 3rd time due to issues .. the first 2 times it was due to top coat chipping off and discoloring .. the 2nd time i came back due to that issue i got a fill ( earlier than i would of but basically had to because of the w...earing down of the nail from having to take off the top coat and redo ""again" ) .. of course ii was charged for this fill!! .. yesterday i come back because 1 week after fill nails are lifting and 2 popping off . .. owner takes the rest off and puts SNS nails back on and charges me for the new set .. oh she took $10 off .. didn't charge me for taking off old set..(as i said they were already lifting and popping off** so i could have taken them off myself) ..had to pay $40 yesterday .. so in 3 weeks i paid for a full set of acrylic .. a fill .. and another $40 for SNS set... i was totally shocked that i was charged $40 yesterday... this is something that as a business owner and seeing that i was back the 3rd time with issues should have been taken care of at NO CHARGE... I had never been their before,there was a sign $35 manicure and pedicure. 3 1/2 hours  and later I walked out with a $65 bill a cut on my foot and a finger that wouldn't stop blooding. The more damage the girl did the more she added to my bill. Never again! Read Less

I couldn't have asked for more! My Bestie took me as for a Birthday present and we were throughly impressed! We didn't realize it was the shops 1 year anniversary and we were given some of the most yummy egg rolls, fried rice, and cake! Plus they had HGTV Fixer Upper my favorite show! Best pedicures I've ever had and they last for several weeks. Have had four different employees and they all did a great job. I recently had Rose and she is outstanding and working hard with Andy to promote this business. Spur of the moment and walk-in has worked well for me.
