I was there today to get my nails done with the dip for the first time. I have been struggling at finding a good place to get my nails done. I have gone to a different place every 2 weeks for the last 4 months looking for someone who does great nails. I have finally found that place. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. Best nail place around... there are others that I've liked, but this place honors your appointments and doesn't overbook. I drive 40 minutes to get here and it's worth it. I only went once, and I'm not planning on going back. I made an appointment for 1pm, and got there a few minutes early. The gentleman who was scheduled to do my pedicure was finishing up with his current client, so I waited. He called me over when he was ready, filled the tub to let my feet soak, and left me waiting in the chair for 20 minutes. He told me he needed to go in the back to eat lunch, or else he was going to pass out. First of all, does management not let their employees take breaks? I was appalled. I was also irritated because I made an appointment -- I was on a time crunch, and if you can't see someone at 1pm, then schedule me for later. Don't make me wait. My pedicure was so-so, I've had better. And with the overall experience, I will definitely look elsewhere to get my nails done. While I was sitting in the chair, I also took note of how the front greeted customers as they walked in. Management: please be more friendly and professional to your customers. Read Less

Went in for waxing after someone recommended their services. Eyebrows were done ok, took a little long and required a little more suffering than usual but nothing too bad. Leg waxing is definitely NOT something they're trained to do though. Attendant kept dropping wax everywhere on my leg and putting too much wax on too much skin so wax would dry before she had time to take off strips so she had to keep coming back to the same spot over and over. Recommend seeking waxing services elsewhere until staff is retrained (or trained at all). Read Less

I've been to Kelly Nails 3 times in the past two months. I've gotten 3 manicures with gel nail polish and 2 spa pedicures. The pedicures are excellent - massaging, lotions, and even hot stones! The gel manicures were also great. They have the largest selection of gel colors I've seen. They say a gel manicure will last 3 weeks, but mine only seem to last 2. I'm not complaining, though, since I'm lucky if a regular manicure looks good 2 DAYS later because of how rough on my nails I am. I'll take 2 weeks!Technicians are friendly, but they'll leave you alone if you would rather read or browse your phone than chat.My favorite nail salon in the area for sure. Read Less

This place is crap. I'd rate them  a zero if at all possible. Went here last week with my cousin, paid $100 and my feet are as rough as when I went in. The girl who did my nails was less than friendly, though I think the male who did my cousins was pleasant. Not to mention... my fingers and toes looked like I'd painted them myself.I'm from Arizona where $100 gets you a lot better service for a lot better quality. Not the experience I was looking for.
