Such a great place to get your nails done! The staff is very friendly and personal, plus they do a great job. I love going there to get a dip powder manicure - these manicures look great, last a long time, and I don't have to place my hands under UV radiation like you normally would for shellac. I highly recommend! They really know what they are doing and they were all very sweet! I got a full set of french tips and it was super affordable and looked just as great, if not better, as the french tip nails i’ve gotten at more expensive places. Under new management...I went here for the first time last Sunday (4/29/2018) and I LOVE it here. I got a full acrylic set done and it was for a very good price. The lady doing my nails did a fantastic job and did it with care and detail. The staff are SUPER friendly and easy to talk to as well. I was a walk in and was taken care of right away. My friend and I recently went to get our nails done. It was about 6:30pm and they still took both of us in, even though they close at 7! The technicians are pleasant but they do not use the product accordingly- they seem to be afraid to use the powder to do a good fill - each time I've had my fills done there I've had breaks and chips within days. I went there for convenience of living in Sun Prairie but I can't continue to go for convenience because chips and breaks have caused me inconveniences. Read Less

I just went there April 15th 2017. And i got a full set & pedi. Everything went well, I was in the chair right away, & got my service. I was a little bothered @ the end due to the fact my total came to $70. & was not matching w the prices they had listed. But w.e no big deal. But today is April 18th 2017. My thumb nail completely broke off, i didnt even feel it which means product was not applied correctly. & my pointer finger nail snapped in half after gently bumping it while washing dishes. It was awful. I told them I wanted a pedi and to have my gel nails taken off. The manager tried to bully me into getting a fill instead. I stood my ground and wanted them removed without cutting the nail at all. Which ment they needed to be soaked off. The girl grabbed my hand and without saying anything snipped my thumb nail off right to the skin. So I had no choice but to have them all cut so they match. I have given K Nails many chances to prove themselves. After bad acrylics, and an awful pedicure I decided to come back a year later for another try at a pedicure. Currently I'm sitting here waiting for my toe nails to dry. My toenails look sloppy and they didn't buff my nails, my pedicure was rushed and it only lasted 30 minutes. I didn't even get a foot rub or my feet/legs lotioned. As I am sitting here I am staring at hundreds of ants crawling next to my feet. This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.
