I have gone to this place for 6 years and have loved the service and it’s a job well done, but today did make me feel like I am going to go elsewhere with my business. I'm very dissappointed in the customer service I received and quality. I understand it was a one nail do over but it now looks almost worst than it did. I called an hour ahead I understand it probably annoying but not a way to treat a long time customer or any customer at all like that.

They are terrible made an appointment yesterday get there today he told me they could only do my nails and noy my pedicure also yold me no one wants to work they want to go home then a lady came out and said try the nail people around the corner. they have horrible customer service I WILL NEVER GO BACK PERIOD

The guy that did my nails was terrible at his job. He cut BOTH of my heels while grooming them for a pedi and kept spraying mystery blue liquid on the cuts which made them sting. Then he kept telling ...
The guy that did my nails was terrible at his job. He cut BOTH of my heels while grooming them for a pedi and kept spraying mystery blue liquid on the cuts which made them sting. Then he kept telling me to put them in the water over and over which made them bleed more. It was so painful and the oppposite of relaxing. This was the second pedi I had ever had, the other being for my wedding. Such a terrible experience. The establishment felt dirty and staff were yelling at each other throughout. I also had my nails done (only because I had a 45 gift card to use for both mani and pedi). I was told they were dry and I was good to go. Yeah, after putting on my shoes and jacket they were all smugged and looked awful. And to top it all off, he still charged me for the mani and half of the pedi... seriously? After my bleeding profusely? I had a hard time walking for a month bc of my heels. I guess I’m lucky they didn’t get infected and amputated? Don’t go here... unless you want to bleed or put your feet in the foot spa that got drenched with my blood.

I love this place! I have been going for years! I like that the atmosphere is casual not stuck up or awkward like a lot of salons. Family owned and operated. Great service!

Worst experience ever!! Very disappointed with how my nails turned out and when I asked for them to fix it they had a big complain about it! All I wanted was a fill and different color then last time and they messed up way worse then it was before! Never coming back there again! They didn't even fill the nails in!

Courtney and I LOVE 007 in Sun Prairie WI. The best Service and Staff! No other pace compares and I get hot water not cold! My pedicures are always fabulous!

Got a mani and a pedicure both were both over painted with several layers and never dried properly and the second day most of my nails were chipped and had fallen off. It ended up being a complete waste of my money! I wasn't working or doing anything my hands the next day so they didn't have any reason of breaking. I'm very disappointed and I'm sorry to say I won't be returning.

Hands down the BEST gel manicure I have ever gotten. It's been 5 weeks and I finally had to cut my nails because they were getting too long, but had been waiting because I wanted to see if the polish would crack/come off. Guess what .. it never did! Even after cutting them down! Best quality manicure I've ever had ... and I've definitely had more than a few. Staff was incredibly nice and the manicure experience was great.

I went here after my usual salon was too busy. This salon will now be my usual salon! This is one of the best mani/pedis I've ever gotten. The staff was great. Very pleasant experience. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area.

I can't believe this place doesn't have any reviews yet. I was checking in and wanted to write my review while my nails were drying. It's a small family-run nail salon, with easy parking, comprable prices, and talented staff. A mani pedi with all the benefits, including cuticles , heel scraping , leg massage with oil, massaging chair , hand massage , hot towels , Etc runs about $45. I think what I enjoyed most about this place was the interaction between staff and client. I went with two friends and we had a great time. Make an appointment because they do get busy, and enjoy it. I will be making the trip back for sure!

I have been going to this nail salon for years for pink/white nails and pedicures. They really know their business, I have never broken a nail, and they always look great. Family owned business who really cares. They are casual, so yes, the TV will be on or music and they chat amongst themselves but are very friendly. Great place for the price and they will stand by their work.

I have gone to this place for 6 years and have loved the service and it’s a job well done, but today did make me feel like I am going to go elsewhere with my business. I'm very dissappointed in the customer service I received and quality. I understand it was a one nail do over but it now looks almost worst than it did. The guy that did my nails was terrible at his job. He cut BOTH of my heels while grooming them for a pedi and kept spraying mystery blue liquid on the cuts which made them sting. Then he kept telling me to put them in the water over and over which made them bleed more. It was so painful and the oppposite of relaxing. This was the second pedi I had ever had, the other being for my wedding. Such a terrible experience. The establishment felt dirty and staff were yelling at each other throughout. I also had my nails done (only because I had a 45 gift card to use for both mani and pedi). I was told they were dry and I was good to go. Yeah, after putting on my shoes and jacket they were all smugged and looked awful. And to top it all off, he still charged me for the mani and half of the pedi... seriously? All I wanted was a fill and different color then last time and they messed up way worse then it was before! Never coming back there again! They didn't even fill the nails in!

Courtney and I LOVE 007 in Sun Prairie WI. The best Service and Staff! No other pace compares and I get hot water not cold! My pedicures are always fabulous!

Got a mani and a pedicure both were both over painted with several layers and never dried properly and the second day most of my nails were chipped and had fallen off. It ended up being a complete waste of my money! I wasn't working or doing anything my hands the next day so they didn't have any reason of breaking. I'm very disappointed and I'm sorry to say I won't be returning.

Hands down the BEST gel manicure I have ever gotten. It's been 5 weeks and I finally had to cut my nails because they were getting too long, but had been waiting because I wanted to see if the polish would crack/come off. Guess what .. it never did! Even after cutting them down! Best quality manicure I've ever had ... and I've definitely had more than a few. Staff was incredibly nice and the manicure experience was great.

I can't believe this place doesn't have any reviews yet. I was checking in and wanted to write my review while my nails were drying. It's a small family-run nail salon, with easy parking, comprable prices, and talented staff. A mani pedi with all the benefits, including cuticles , heel scraping , leg massage with oil, massaging chair , hand massage , hot towels , Etc runs about $45. I think what I enjoyed most about this place was the interaction between staff and client. I went with two friends and we had a great time. Make an appointment because they do get busy, and enjoy it. I will be making the trip back for sure!
