Will never go there ever again. Went with my mom and my sister and we were all disappointed. They told my mom she could not get a full set because they didn’t have time, painted my sisters nails the wrong color, and then got mad when she said it was the wrong color. They did not even take off the wrong color, they just tried to paint over it, which did not look good. And they told me they didn’t not even have time to give me a manicure, after I had been half way through with my pedicure. Had I known I wasn’t going to be able to get both, I would have just held off and went somewhere else. Not to mention, every single person working there was extremely rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Should have just walked out without paying. So disappointed.

Overbooked themselves and did a really bad job on my nails didn’t take there time asked for them short and they put them very long. Very sad about it.

Walked in and was told really need an appointment. So next time, appointment made. Wait for appointment 20 minutes and when I ask when will appointment start told short one person. No phone number next to name. Okay how come you did not tell me when I walked in 20 minutes ago? Dumb look. I said too bad so sad, not much can be done in a small town but take bad customer service and walked out. Never again.

Don't bother with appt they don't honor it anyway. Their pedicure is really a partial pedicure in any decent nail spa but priced the same. Not a fan! Communication skills limited making it hard to get...

This is the only nail salon that I go to. They always treat me right no matter the style, design, or color. Absolute favorite and I've been a loyal customer for atleast a year now.

Uneven filing.
burns skin and when you say it hurts they laugh and dont understand.
Doesnt wait for coats to dry so the 15 mins under dryer is pointless because it takes much longer and smudges anyway...

Ive went back a few times hoping it was an off day and because its the only nail salon we have in SB.
Save your money and go somewhere else. :(

The staff were kind, professional, and did a great job, but, they need more workers. Even just a receptionist so that the client's work wasn't constantly interrupted by walk-ins. The day I came they w...
The staff were kind, professional, and did a great job, but, they need more workers. Even just a receptionist so that the client's work wasn't constantly interrupted by walk-ins. The day I came they were booked most of the day, and people kept coming in to schedule. Luckily the two workers they have are precise and quick, or they'd take forever to get anything done.

Not in the main touristy area but worth the 5 min drive. Owner was gracious and efficient, pedicure was relaxing and well done. Price was right! Will return.

Will never go there ever again. Went with my mom and my sister and we were all disappointed. They told my mom she could not get a full set because they didn’t have time, painted my sisters nails the wrong color, and then got mad when she said it was the wrong color. They did not even take off the wrong color, they just tried to paint over it, which did not look good. And they told me they didn’t not even have time to give me a manicure, after I had been half way through with my pedicure. Had I known I wasn’t going to be able to get both, I would have just held off and went somewhere else. Not to mention, every single person working there was extremely rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Should have just walked out without paying. So disappointed.

The staff were kind, professional, and did a great job, but, they need more workers. Even just a receptionist so that the client's work wasn't constantly interrupted by walk-ins. The day I came they were booked most of the day, and people kept coming in to schedule. Luckily the two workers they have are precise and quick, or they'd take forever to get anything done.
