Very nice staff, but the haircut I received was terrible. Not at all what I asked for and very choppy. It feels/looks like someone very inexperienced did it- chunky, uneven, and not the cut I asked for. In addition the salon had loud club/heavy metal music blaring -it was like a station on pandora. Very hard to relax and enjoy the experience.. No tea or water offered like most Aveda salons. It was not your typical Aveda experience nor would I ever return for a cut or any other service.Read Less

Worst facial of my life. No relaxing music. When I asked for a bolster for under my legs, to support my back, it was denied. Didn't even look at my face with a bright light for blemishes/to do extractions. She didn't communicate what products she would be putting on my face and never had me fill out a form regarding if my skin was sensitive. She didn't massage my arms or hands while waiting for the mask to work- instead she cleaned her brushes behind me! After my eye brow wax, I had to ASK for soothing salve. To top off the experience, she didn't offer me water afterwards, nor ask me how I liked it. Read Less

She doesn't treat all of her employees very well here. If you decide to work here, make sure you read ALL of the fine print, watch your check CLOSELY, literally keep a log of all of your hours & the amount agreed upon & do the math. Make sure EVERYTHING you agree on is written & signed & that you have a copy of every single agreement. The clients are GREAT & the Salon is beautiful & the products are AMAZINGG, just please cover your own butt if you choose to find employment here. Unfortunately, she's not an honest business woman. It was my first time ever getting my hair dyed. I have medium-dark brown curly hair. Jackie was my stylist and she was great. Very easy to talk to and she listened to what I wanted, and told me her professional opinions. I showed her several pictures with range to see what would best suit me and my hair. We decided on one, and she did outstanding. My hair looks exactly like the picture. I went with blonde ombre balayage and it looks perfect and will be more relaxed in upkeep, which was what I was looking for. All my friends are impressed. I'll definately be going back. :) Read Less

I tried this salon/spa for the first time.  I got a manicure.  The atmosphere of the business is very inviting, staff was friendly.  Enjoyed a complimentary chair massage while waiting for my nail appointment to start.  The manicure was no thrills but good.  I was disappointed I didn't get a hand/arm massage that are usually standard at most places.  I also found it odd that you have to give a credit card number for every appointment booked, no matter how small the service.  I plan to try their pedicure service in the near future. Worst pedicure I ever had. Save your $40 the Chinese people do it way better! Owner is not very friendly either. You have to give them your credit card number in order to book an appointment. All they care about is making their money. I recommend going somewhere else. Read Less
