I came here for a specific color to match my outfit for an event. I picked one color but when she put it on it didn't look how I wanted it, so she immediately wiped the color off my nail and helped me pick a color. They are all super friendly and helpful; not to mention, I love my nails! Walked in with no appointment for a mani/pedi with gel polish. They were able to get me in immediately. I had two gentlemen working in sync! One for mani and the other for pedi. It really sped things up which was nice. I got the deluxe pedicure which was amazing! Mud mask on legs, massage, hot stones, warm towels...it was amazing! My gel polish mani looks incredible. I've only been here twice so far; once for a manicure and another time for a pedicure and they are my new favorite nail salon in town. The amount of care and attention that each technician has put into my nails is incredible. They ensure you are completely satisfied with the work and will fix anything that is bothering you. I will never be coming here again and I'm going to let everyone I know to never come here again. I'd like to start off by saying this is the only place I have gone for just about a year now. Nancy and the other woman who have done my pedicures have always done a good job and I'm sorry that the others who work there will stop me from continuing to give them my business. I just paid a lot of money for a bad experience, bad service, and a set of nails that look like a five yea...r old painted them. My pedicure was great, relaxing, exactly what I asked for. My set of acrylics was a nightmare. I don't know who the young lady was but she does not belong doing nails. She was rough, messy and rushed although it's super bowl Sunday and there were only two other people in there. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and prepaid extra for a simple half-moon design. She messed it up and tried to redo it THREE times, still looks nothing like the photo so at this point she clearly has an attitude and I'm pissed off she isn't giving me what I paid for. Then she smeared glitter polish all over my hand and just stopped with with her finger instead of cleaning it off with polish remover so I've walked out with nail polish all over my skin. She asked me to prepay, I did, AND TIPPED (as I always do) and she got up and didn't thank me or anything. This is the second time I've had a bad set of nails by this company. Thiis nail salon has talented technicians, most of whom speak great English..Calvin is great for the full service pedicure...a bit more, but well worth it....Kevin is the go to person for the UV nails and he does an absolutely thorough and fantastic job...no cut corners here...Highly recommend...other shops are SO impersonal... Less than 1 star from me!  Just had a horrible experience there, I had booked an appointment for 6pm this evening for myself, granddaughter and sister who is in a wheel chair.  We were early for the appointment and were told to come back in about 15-20 min.  When we returned, once again we were told, just a few more minutes.  Now we have 40 minutes into this and no progress.  We just wanted a simple polish manicure, nothing complicated.  As we were still waiting, another customer came in and said she had a 6:30 appointment..she was told to have a seat and they started with her immediately.  The employees were talking amongst themselves and I inquired why did the gal with the later appointment get taken first, we have been waiting for 45 min now. More chatter among employees, now another woman and young daughter walk in asking for manicures and alot of positive head shaking going on and told Yes, Yes.  Now i'm seeing a pattern here, obviously they will not honor an appointment if a person is disabled, really s**tty if you as me.  We ended up leaving with the employees just continuing about there business.  I will never be going there again...too bad I can't do more. This place is amazing. I really love the massage chairs.  I think they just remodeled the whole store. They have wax services too. The girl waxed my eyebrows and i really like the shape. The guy who did the gel manicure and pedicure for me he did a good job too. Last pretty long. Thanks for be patience with me. Great service.
