Called and made an appointment. When I got there I was bumped by a couple that just walked in. Never been there before and thought I’d check it out. I won’t be going back.

I tried to go to the nail salon 3 times and they always tell me they can help. They only work with white people so if your black or native in Shawano they will not serve you. I will be reporting them ...

When I first arrived no-one even acknowledged that I was there. I told the person exactly what I wanted. Because I wanted a simple dark purple ribbon over lavender. The nail tech said that was no prob...
When I first arrived no-one even acknowledged that I was there. I told the person exactly what I wanted. Because I wanted a simple dark purple ribbon over lavender. The nail tech said that was no problem. When the pedicure was done she painted my toenails. When she was going to paint the ribbon I had shown her in the beginning she was going to paint it white. I asked her why she had white instead of the dark purple. She went to look and said she said she didn't have dark purple. She had mauve and pinks. Very disappointing!!

This was my first visit. I had a nail break and was looking for a place to fix it as well as refill my gel polish. The nail technician was experienced and has amazing nail expertise to repair my nail and adjust the rest. He hand painted a beautiful design. I highly recommend this place.

The employees and owners were super nice.. my husband even enjoyed the experience. Lol they do a great job and we didn't have to"wonder" of they were talking about us lol

Decided to try Vivian Nails on a whim because I was in the shopping center and was planning on going on a trip and needed a pedi/mani. First off....not a good first impression as the carpet was dirty...
Decided to try Vivian Nails on a whim because I was in the shopping center and was planning on going on a trip and needed a pedi/mani. First off....not a good first impression as the carpet was dirty and there was garbage (candy wrappers) laying around. I then noticed a little toddler running around (family member) so that explained that. The facility smelled very strongly of nail polish remover that was almost unbearable. The lady that did my pedi did a good job but she could not speak English so it was kind of uncomfortable not being able to converse with her. The gentlemen that did my mani was friendly enough and did a good job. Unfortunately, the fact that facility and the equipment were dirty, I will not return....
