Very unhappy with the eyebrows wax. Very unhappy with the teasing conversations about me directly in front of my face. Some people might actually understand what you are saying. I was brought to tears. And I still had many stray hairs and I was bleeding a lot when I returned home. I absolutely love tip top nails there so nice and caring. They greet you as soon as you want it and are always makinh sure your comfortable and you like your nails befire you pay. Very disappointed. My daughter and I both have to go back to get them fixed. We were very rushed and my daughter was only given 1 color pallet to chose from. Half my nails have bubbles. We were told by staff to get gell color for only $5 extra. Total would have been $30 a piece. End total for my daughter and I was $70!!! No special color done. OUCH on my wallet Read Less

I’ve been going to Tip Top nails for full set & pedicure for about a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else! They always do a phenomenal job and the treat you like family! All of the techs are amazing! And the prices are the best I’ve seen by far! Read Less

I have gone to tip top a few times never had a horrible experience until last weekend I scheduled an appoint for 7 of us to get our nails done for my wedding @10am we waited outside for almost 30 min. And no one ever showed up to open.... so we went somewhere else and will not be back. Read Less

The worst service I EVER received! I have NEVER been mistreated like the lady I had did. First she took less then 20 min to do my nails, which were crooked, way too thick and did NOT look like a French tip at all. When I came in for a fix the lady sharpened them instead of round them out and said that if I hated them to FIX THEM MYSELF! That is absolutely unacceptable and I will never plan on coming again. And to add, it was $25 and she told me it's $30. These nails are not worth the $30 they claim. Never again. The worst experience I've ever had. Read Less

Mary and her staff are hands down the sweetest people I have every met. I have never had gel nails before but after going to Tip Top Nails, I will never stop getting gel nails. The gel polish lasts for a long time. I love going there because the are so fast and efficient! I love you guys. Very reasonable prices and great services. I HIGHLY recommend going to Tip Top Nails.
