Place appeared clean at first but don't look behind the pedicure chairs!!! The gal that greeted us was very friendly and my 2 daughters and I were seated right away (we did have appts). As the gentleman was scrubbing my feet I asked if he could go a little higher on my heal as I had some rough skin there. Well he went 4"+ up from the bottom of my foot and scrubbed so hard it removed skin, similar to a rug burn. He asked at the time if it hurt and it didn't so I said no but once it did start hurting it was too late, the skin was already rubbed off. At the end of the appt I asked the greeter (I assumed manager?) if she had any antibiotic ointment for my leg. She proceeded to put a cotton ball dipped in the blue disinfectant (that they clean their tools with) onto my would and put a bandage over it. They both apologized profusely. As soon as I left I went to a grocery store and bought Neosporin to put on it after cleaning it up. The first pic is the day of the 2nd pic is 4 days later.
The nail painting job itself turned out nice.
Takeaway: speak up if something isn't right!!!

My daughter and her friend went to get their nails done. A few days later ACRILIC NAIL FUNGUS!!! 3 possiblys, applied nail wrong, unsanitary tools, bad hygiene. 2 out of 3 tells me this place sucks cause this has never happened anywhere else before! You can't see but all around her nail bed and finger tips have small blister like bumps all around. And are irritated and red. Just be carfull where you go.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is horrible!! Do not go here!! I recently got acrylic nails at QT and they all fell off within 3 days! A full set is supposed to stay on ...
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is horrible!! Do not go here!! I recently got acrylic nails at QT and they all fell off within 3 days! A full set is supposed to stay on for a few weeks or more. Idk if it was the glue they used but they would not stay on. I payed 30 dollars for a set of nails that didn't even make it a week. Very dissatisfied with QT. From now on I will be spending my money elsewhere.

If you haven't tried the dipping powder, I highly suggest it. It's more natural than acrylics, and is easier on the nail bed than gel nails. There's no sanding, no UV light... I typically have mine ...
If you haven't tried the dipping powder, I highly suggest it. It's more natural than acrylics, and is easier on the nail bed than gel nails. There's no sanding, no UV light... I typically have mine redone within 3 weeks. I recommend Lynn, but I'm sure others are just as good.

Great nail salon located in downtown River Falls providing excellent, reasonably priced services.
Family owned and operated by sweet, caring people who genuinely care about their customers. Opened approximately 9 years ago, this salon dominates all other salons who provide nail and pedicure services. I will go nowhere else for my nail and pedicure needs despite the fact that I consistently travel to and from the Cities.
They are up on all the newest nail services, etc. They always have an overwhelming selection of polish colors. Appointments are encouraged but walk in's are also welcomed.

Used to love going here. The owner in particular was very good at acrylic nails and nail design and you could rest assured that he would take his time and you would love the results. However, I stopped in with my kids for some 'prince pedicures'. The staff were rude and impatient with my young children who were just sitting in the chair and laughing while their toes tickled. The gentleman who was doing my nails rushed for though the entire process and I walked away with acrylics that were all different in length, shape and thickness. I called the owner as soon as I walked out and was told to come back in tomorrow because they were booked. When I returned a couple days later (I was working the first day) the owner tried to blame me stating it had been over a week and that the growth looked normal besides for the usual re growth. When I insisted he told me to have a seat. I waited for an hour as they ignored my presence entirely only to eventually walk out without a resolution. I won't go back!

Love this place! Friendly staff, great service, and reasonable prices. I get a pedicure every two weeks, and my feet feel so soft and smooth afterwards. The hot stone leg massage is perfect when the weather is cold. The only downside is limited street parking, but I generally go on Saturday and it hasn't been a problem.

This place is great! I have been going here multiple times a year for over five years. Every time I walk into the store they have upgraded something. They have THE BEST massage chairs and give great pedicures. The price is fantastic too! Let them know you are a student and your pedicure is super cheap. I have referred so many people to QT Nails over the years and I will continue to do so!

Place appeared clean at first but don't look behind the pedicure chairs!!! The gal that greeted us was very friendly and my 2 daughters and I were seated right away (we did have appts). As the gentleman was scrubbing my feet I asked if he could go a little higher on my heal as I had some rough skin there. Great nail salon located in downtown River Falls providing excellent, reasonably priced services.
Family owned and operated by sweet, caring people who genuinely care about their customers. Used to love going here. The owner in particular was very good at acrylic nails and nail design and you could rest assured that he would take his time and you would love the results. They have THE BEST massage chairs and give great pedicures. The price is fantastic too! Let them know you are a student and your pedicure is super cheap.
