Absolutely awful. It took 4 hours to get my hair dyed, and it turned out awful. She let the dye sit too long which resulted in her absolutely destroying the ends of my hair. She believed it looks "amazing." When I got home I noticed numerous patches where she didn't place any dye so I had random patches of different color throughout my hair. Great place they're able to fix whatever hair mistakes you did to your self. For example I went burgandy and I am a natural blonde. They helped me with the streaking I had after 1 showering. My blonde hair was not keeping the dye in so they showed me how to fix it. Read Less

I absolutely love this place...it's clean and very professional...everyone is extra nice...the quality of work is amazing....if something does mess up...they will fix it as soon as you come in...its a nice family environment...they work off appointments now and even if they are booked, i dnt mind waiting another day because they are just that good!!!! I've had to bounce between many salons to find one that can do what I like. A lot of places barely understood what ombré or stiletto shape meant. I've gone to this salon since last summer and I have been loyal ever since! Nicole does an amazing job, and while I do have to plan more accordingly due to the appointments, I will gladly spend 2-3 hours there JUST so my nails are done by her and anyone she staffs. The prices are comparable to most other salons, and I have never been told they couldn't do a design I had in mind. Also, I'm used to feeling awkward in many places because many people won't talk to you - I have a great time relaxing and cutting up with anyone in there while I get my nails done. Forever will be my favorite salon. I have never been let down with any service I have got and have been going every two weeks since they opened. I will NEVER go anywhere else. I have been going to Envy nail bar for a while now. I am always happy with the work they do on my nails and the cleanliness they have. I absolutely love going here! Not only are the prices reasonable but the atmosphere is amazing! They offer wine along with any service, and I love the fact when I walk in they know me by name and what I want done. They also never tell me a design is unattainable, one of the few places I know that can take a design off Pinterest or the Internet in general and replicate it on your nails or toes!! Read Less

I totally screwed my hair up trying to lighten it for my graduation (nobody likes my black hair), and oh my God, it was so horrible. They don't know how to mix color. Simple color with highlights turned into a gold semi-bleached out, lighter than the highlights crown on top of head that needed to be darkened. She thought it looked nice. Went somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. Read Less
