It's too bad I have to even give 1 star because this place isn't even worthy of that. This place is a complete joke. Worst pedicure I have ever received. If you like a pedicure that consists of cutting your toenails and putting one coat of polish on and nothing else, this place is for you. It was so rushed and done so half ass. I just got a pedicure from here and it was the worst I have ever gotten. She had it done in less than 20 minutes, so half ass. I have gotten many pedicures and I have never seen anything like today. She didn't do anything except clip my toenails, give me a 2 minute lotion massage and paint my toes and not even good. One coat of nail polish and nothing else. No second coat, no top coat. OMG I will never go there again. Where do I start. I couldn't get in anywhere else and I was in Portage and needed a fill and one fixed. Well to start the lady that did mine was very sick with a cold. She had no voice But they can't speak English anyway. So she had a coughing spell and moved her mask over and spit in the trash can right in front of me. Someone must have said something to her. So the next time she turned her back to me and spit in a tissue. Need less to say I could have told her to wash her hands but that would have taken awhile to tell her I just want it done and get out of there. So than before my nails were polished she turned her light off. And pointed to the back I had no idea way. She pointed to the chair where you get your feet done. I stood there shaking my head and saidi didn't want that done. I should her my nail and said just my nails. So back to the table she taps on the table I looked up and she hands me the plug she wantsme to plug it in for her. So the guys said you changed your mind for my feet I said I never wantedmy feet done. Well I was done thank god. So the bill came and it was 35 dollars I was like for a fill and color. Went in for a Shellac Manicure. It looked nice for a day before the tips started chipping. By day 3 I had a huge chip of polish missing. My cuticles also looked horrible by day 3. I called in to see if they would re-do my nails. They had me come back in at no charge. They took the polish off the one nail and started fresh with just that finger. They re-did my cuticles. For the rest of the nails they painted over the previous Shellac. Now 3 days later the layers are peeling off. I have managed to peel all of the polish off except for the finger that they re-did. That one is on like Cement! Which is how I wanted them done in the first place! My last Shellac manicure at a different place lasted 3 weeks. I don't know what's wrong with this place, but I AM NEVER GOING BACK! Don't waste your time or money here. A person should not be able to peel off Shellac after 3 days. Bad, Bad, Bad. Read Less
