A younger man did my manicure/pedicure.  He put me in a chair that was broken for the pedicure, so I could not enjoy the massage action, which I always look forward to.  I didn't notice this until I was well into the service. I was also waiting on change when I paid, and he just stared at me.  I finally told him to give me my change.  (I normally over tip for any services I receive, but not this time!)   The owner was also watching something on her phone and the noise was very distracting, while I was trying to visit with my friend.  The place was not very welcoming or very clean. I will never return. I will go back to Ly Ly Nails in Greenfield, from now on. Read Less

Good price. Irritating that the owner was yelling into her speaker phone with her friend throughout the entire manicure for 45 minutes in their local language. Being distracted she cut my cuticle which started bleeding. Not relaxing at all. Read Less

This was one of the funnest experiences I've had at a nail salon. My extended family was all in town for a cousin's wedding, and my aunt, one of my cousins, sister, and I decided to get our nails done before the ceremony. The technicians were all very capable and personable, but especially the owner. We were gabbing and laughing the entire time. Prices were pretty good too. The only reason I detract a star is that we had made appointments for the four of us ahead of time, but when we showed up, one of us had to wait for about twenty minutes because I think they had tried to squeeze someone in unscheduled. I really like this place, but if you have an appointment at a certain time, I do think that your appointment should start at that time or within a few minutes. Read Less

I was going to Star Nails for over two years. My nails have always looked just okay. The owner did my nails for the last time... they were super thick and the nail polish was wavy and thick as well. They are the "professionals", so you would think they would want their client's nails to look nice. I went back to have them fixed. Nevertheless, they made me pay to have my nails fixed for their crappy work. The owner Tina talks behind her client's backs and is a slave driver. I will never recommend them to anyone. I have started going to Nail Arts in Brookfield and they do a fabulous job. The place is super clean and the equipment is sterile.Read Less

My daughter bought me a Nail Room voucher for mothers day a couple of years ago. Until then, I never thought that I could have beautiful nails. Now I have gorgeous, long nails to be proud to show off. Thank you Dee. Read Less
