They're okay I think their prices are a little high but other than that they do good work and I think they should spend a little bit more time with customer

Best Pedicure Ever. I don't get Pedicures too often but when I do I go to Nails and Spa. Their Massage chairs are fabulous. The cute girl who did my pedicure was extra diligent and took her time. ...
Best Pedicure Ever. I don't get Pedicures too often but when I do I go to Nails and Spa. Their Massage chairs are fabulous. The cute girl who did my pedicure was extra diligent and took her time. I didn't feel like I was rushed through or that she was bored or irritated. I was in great need of a pedicure and there was no judgement and I felt that extra time was given to make them look fabulous.

I had bought my mother a gift certificate and because of unfortunate events of her being hospitalized I had asked if they could extend their six month expiration they informed me they would , but once I got there they said they would only give her half of the value.. and of course had all kinds of excuses why they don't..obviously no tip was given and I will never be back... Tips and Toes has no expiration dates and they are just as convenient and now will get my business and everyone I tell

I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Kevin is, by far, the BEST nail tech around. The prices are fair, the salon is clean and the quality of work is consistently superior.

My husband purchased a $50.00 gift certificate for me as a Christmas gift in 2013. In the middle of winter I don't get my nails done as often so I filed it for use in summer. When I went to pull it out in summer, I realized that it had an expiration date on it and that I was a couple weeks past it. Totally upset, I called the salon and the person I spoke to was totally useless. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she was busy. I told the person on the phone that I was going to drive in now and speak to the owner. When I arrived minutes later, I walked in and asked for the owner to learn she was the person I passed sitting out front playing on her phone. I explained the situation and told her I was devastated, I asked if she could please honor the $50.00 gift certificate since reputable salons do the same and the expiration date was so recent. She told me she would only honor $25.00. Really?!?! A customer calls and drives in to let you know they are devastated and as the owner this is your response? Terrible customer service, hope that $25.00 was worth it.

Unsanitary = Fungal nail infections! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!This salon is unsanitary. I had a set of acrylic nails put on and a few days later, had several GREEN nails! Diagnosed as nail infection ...
Unsanitary = Fungal nail infections! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!This salon is unsanitary. I had a set of acrylic nails put on and a few days later, had several GREEN nails! Diagnosed as nail infection and was prescribed medication that required treatment for 90 days and frequent liver tests! The icing on the cake: the salon actually had the audacity to charge me for the removal of the nails, even after they admitted they caused the infection and no one in the salon offered any apology for their negligence and the trouble it caused me :( I will never go here again and I will tell all my friends and family members to never go to this Pewaukee salon
