The lady was very rude. I went in just to get my g polish removed. She said it would cost $10. So as I'm getting it removed I see that it says gel removal $8 on the sign posted. When I went up to pay I asked about it, she yelled, "I told you $10!!". I was like wow, ok. Then she asked if I wanted to leave a tip, so I said ok, $1.00. She added the tip to the total and the tip line was empty on the credit card receipt, so I wrote $0 on the line. Then, she yelled at me again and said, "what's the difference, you pay $11.00!!". I gave this place a chance regardless of the rates it had. I should of never went in and gave them the benefit of the doubt because I left extremely disappointed. I paid $30 for a fill when it's suppose to be around $18 to $20. She charged me an extra $10 to take off gel polish that I had on before. I get it it's a little difficult than normal polish but all she had to do was scrap it off with the machine and she did it in less than 3 minutes. Seriously was not a good reason to charge me $10 extra. I usually never go with polish but the lady I usually go to and is the best and this definitely proved to me she was the best didn't have any appointments available therefore I gave it a try. My daughter and I had gel manicures done. First off, she was in the middle of doing ours when walk in came in. Instead of letting them wait their turn, she had some man finish us. I don't know if it was her husband or what, but she had to come over and take my polish off on one hand and redo what he did. My manicure stayed on, but my daughters started popping off after 1 week. Very poor service and poor quality. Will never go there again. We were paying customers and deserved attention the same as anyone else. Read Less

Was in for a pedicure decided to have manicure too. Beautiful job on both. Felt like a rock star having the mani done at the same time as the pedi. Timing of massage for feet and hands came together nicely. Very talented people. Read Less

I decided to try this place because its down the street from my house and I'm new to the area. When i went in I asked the lady in front how long the wait was and was told it was a 30 min which turned into an hour, I would have walked out if I wasn't already soaking. The color selection is limited and dated. I was charged full price for a mani-pedi that didn't have all the bells and whistles that was suppose to come with it. NEVER going back. Read Less
