First time I've ever been here. They got me in right away. I normally go to Oshkosh nail but they were booked. I'll be coming here from now on. Very friendly staff, offered water or soda. Pedicure was great, it was a very nice surprise to have a shoulder massage as my toes dried. Also, massaging pedicure chairs were awesome too! Oh, there is also a 2 week guarantee on your nails. I had an appointment at 1 o’clock, mind you I’m African American...the shop notified me that because I was a little over 5 minutes late they couldn’t take me...when the sign says WALK INS WELCOMED. Then as I sit and wait for my ride...a lady walks in with NO appointment and gets to get her nails done. This is unacceptable and they will not receiving business from me anymore! I have experienced other times when I went in & I was treated wrongful, but others walked in behind me & were treated with the upmost respect. EVERYONE needs to be treated equally. Read Less

I have been going to Oshkosh Nail for about a year and usually never have an issue. The last two times I've gone, they were late by 20 + minutes for my appointment and rushed through my session. Very disappointed in my last few visits. Read Less

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this nail salon... can't speak from experience as far as a manicure goes, but I wanted to write a review about my pedicure experience. Met a friend here for us to get pedis done since Oshkosh is a good halfway point for both of us, called ahead for appointments for both of us to be able to sit together... very pleasant & accomodating, great customer service both on the phone & in person... the salon is beautiful, loved the whole ambience... plus, the seperate pedicure room was relaxing & had a great atmosphere... the massage chairs were amazing, felt great... the staff was so friendly & made me totally comfortable, plus the gal who did my feet was very detailed in giving me the best pedicure experience possible... she did a wonderful job on my feet, they're never looked or felt so good!!! ;-) I would easily say that I've paid almost twice as much for pedis at various salons in the past & was not thrilled with the results... but I was pleasantly surprised by Oshkosh Nail Salon, an inexpensive but enjoyable & relaxing experience here, followed by beautiful feet & toes to admire... love it!! :-D Read Less

The owners are so nice and professional. They are always willing to work with you re: appointments, special nail requests, etc. I have not ever had a bad experience. I will continue to keep giving them my business and referring anyone I know. You have to experience their team for yourself. Give them a call. Read Less

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went for a fill and a guy I had never seen before ripped off 3 of my nails and when I asked him to just do a fill he said i would have to pay $40 now. Then I asked to just remove my nails and not have them redone and he refused and walked away. Read Less

Emily at Oshkosh Nails is AMAZING!!! She has done my nails a few times and is awesome! She has done gel nails for me each time, she spends a lot of time on them to make sure they are perfect and that I like them! She also has taken ideas I get from Pinterest and has done an amazing job with it! I highly recommend Oshkosh nails! I had a hard time finding a great nail place when I moved here and I'm glad I found this place! Read Less
