As usual I am late posting this review, but here goes...
I was in town for a wedding and was in need of a mani-pedi and was able to book a same day appointment. The salon was cutely decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient at doing my mani-pedi at the same time. I was even able to talk my husband into getting his first pedicure ever and they got him in next to me. Most salons I go to never get my toenails cut short enough however Nails Only did not fail. My nails looked awesome and the polish looked perfect for weeks. I only wish they had a location near my home!

This was my first visit to this nail salon! After a TERRIBLE experience last week at another salon, my acrylics were FALLING OFF and they looked awful. I needed a nail makeover ASAP before a bridal shower this weekend. So I looked for a close-to-my-work place, found them through google, read some reviews and decided to see what they could do for me.
I didn't make an appointment and I walked in the door and was greeted by a gentleman (I didn't get his name) and he took one look at my nails and immediately sat me down to fix me up. He was SOO great! He kept apologizing for the job the other salon had done and prmomised he would fix them. He explained that he didn't want to rip off the tips I had because it would hurt. I told him that he could do whatever he needed to. He started working on my nails and it soon became very apparent that this was going to be more than a ""quick fix"". He asked how much time I had and told me he may HAVE to take them off and start over. I was so appreciative of him actually asking if I had time!! Luckily I did, have time and he got to work. He promised me that he would not let me leave until I was happy and I am THRILLED. I will definately be returning here for my fill and anything else from now on.
The price was a little more than I have paid before, but for me, it didn't matter so long as the job got done right. He didn't charge me to take the old set off because he felt so bad for me. This was so nice of him. My experience here was AWESOME!

This is officially my ""place.""
I came here first when i promised my four year old i would take her to get her nails done as a special treat. They have a ""kids"" appointment option which is what drew me to this place. The technician who did my daughters nails was very kind, gentle, and did a great job with tiny hands.
I came back a couple weeks later after i was impressed with that visit with my daughter. The place is beautiful, spacious, clean, organized, you name it. It was just a very pleasing atmosphere. Usually when i go to get my nails done there's a lot of, ""i do what? i sit where? i need to what?"" Not here.
Any-who, i came back to get my acrylics fixed after a visit elsewhere that left my nails looking bulky and unattractive, far from natural looking at all.
When i came the girl who did my nails did a GORGEOUS job. Of course, she told me she wasn't a permanent employee and that she was just helping out for the day otherwise i would see her every time. My hopes is that every experience here goes the same way, and i look forward to having someone else in the salon fix me up until i find my go to! Their pedicure station looked like absolute heaven and their pedicure menu looks great so i plan on treating myself to one of those as well asap!

One of my customers told me about this place and I was totally stoked to give it a try, because her nails looked amazing and had some cute little rhinestones on them. I've been to about 5 Oshkosh nail salons and haven't been satisfied with any of them, but this place is awesome. I always go to the salon asking for a full set - extra long and extra sharp. The problem with other salons is they always refuse to do one or the other for me and I end up with overpriced chunky l acrylics. I didn't get the name of the guy who did my nails, but they're beautiful and all of my friends are going crazy over them. They're the perfect length and so nice and pointy.
I'll definitely be coming back again.

Based on reviews I went in last week for a mani-pedi, to scout out the place as a possibility for my bridesmaids next month. I was a walk-in on a late Thursday afternoon and they got me in right away. I'm somewhat claustrophobic so I love the fact that the spa is very spacious - not everyone on top of each other. The gal who did my nails was beyond helpful, even wrapped my pedicure so I could put my sneakers back on safely and drive. The atmosphere is very comfortable and luxurious, and prices are definitely comparable to other places I've been. I got the Orange-scented scrub and lotion for both, because I'm allergic to almost everything scented; and I loved it, definitely recommend. I was very happy with the experience!

Back again for my pedicure and got a full set with gel polish. This location plays great music and has an overall very comfortable feel. My nails always come out beautifully and they're always available when I need my fill ins. I'm always a walk in and I never have to wait. This place is excellent. Any of the nail technicians will take great care of you.

This is place really a great place to treat yourself and friends out to! I've never been to a nail salon to get my nails done in the U.S. I would definitely recommend this place to my other friends and co-workers! The salon is really clean and the staff, upon entering, greeted me with smiles and made me feel very comfortable. I asked them what they recommend would be a nice and relaxing treatment for me, and the staff recommended the Citrus Pedicure. The citrus pedicure included many things like a sugar scrub, fresh citrus massage, mask with hot towels, and my favorite, the hot wax! The pedicure was so great and my feet felt super soft and clean afterwards! I love how the staff treated me and made sure that I was comfortable with them touching my feet. I'm kind of sensitive around my feet especially when others are touching my feet but it was totally comfortable and relaxing! I would definitely come back to this place again next time my sister is in town and wants to have a girl's day!

It doesn't even deserve a one....they were rude and unprepared when we made the appointment in advance. We signed up for a manicure the man while scheduling for this appointment told us that we would get nails filed, massaged, have lotion applied, and nails completely done. But when we went in we had our nails filed and painted only, we didn't even get to wash our hands after being filed. Then we sat under cold air, and while we were talking they seemed to mock our conversations. After five minutes went by they asked if our nails were dry then quickly rushed us through the door and as soon as we got to the car the nail polish already started to come off. Very displeased, recommendations...no. Wish we could give lower amount of stars.

Two days before getting service I stoped in and asked how much a shellac mani /pedi would be..... the man said $50. Today I went in and asked for a shellac mani / pedi. Their price chart says mani/p...
Two days before getting service I stoped in and asked how much a shellac mani /pedi would be..... the man said $50. Today I went in and asked for a shellac mani / pedi. Their price chart says mani/pedi $40 and Shellac mani $20. They charged me $60, basically charging me for two manicures not up charging for the shellac. The manicure consisted simply of soaking my nails in plain water , painting the nails and applying lotion. Never even had me wash my hands. There was no oil applied to nails during either service and the hot towel smelled like it had soured in the wash . Very disappointed!

I wish I could give zero stars. I got my nails done on Saturday March 26. When I got home I realized my nails were uneven from both sides and the color was almost bubbly underneath. I decided not to go and complain because I do not like to. Then Thursday March 31, my shellac nail polish started to peel and two of my nails cracked. I went to get them fixed today April 1 and they said I could only get them re painted with no charge nothing else. AND I had to use the same color that bubbled underneath. So all of these problems could not be fixed except for the peeled nail polish. I left and decided to just go somewhere else that would do a good job the first time. I will never go back there, very rude and disrespectful.

Very rough. I've given them a couple chances thinking it was maybe just the tech at the time but I've had three different techs and they've all been very rough every time. I left there bleeding from multiple fingers and the woman didn't seem to care one bit. She rushed through it so fast that some nails didn't even have polish covering the whole nail. Worst experience I've ever had with a nail salon. If I could've given if no stars I would have.

I have no idea how the woman who did my manicure has a nail license. She didn't listen to me when I said to cut them short, she barely even filed them. When I told her to go shorter she scoffed at me and clipped few of them. She tried clipping my thumb with a huge piece of my skin caught in the clippers. When it wouldn't cut she squeezed the clippers harder so I had to rip my hand out of hers and tell her she was about to cut off my skin! She made two of my cuticles bleed to the point where they were still bleeding as I left - no apology. And the paint job was lazy and sloppy...uneven to where some parts of my nail weren't painted but other parts were so thick it wouldn't dry. Never, ever, ever go there.

Awful!! My mom and I made an appointment for 6 PM for two pedicures. We arrived at 5:50 PM and were promptly put into very hot water. By 6:30 PM I asked the technician if he was ready to do our pedis....
Awful!! My mom and I made an appointment for 6 PM for two pedicures. We arrived at 5:50 PM and were promptly put into very hot water. By 6:30 PM I asked the technician if he was ready to do our pedis. He told me that he didn't have time, And that if I didn't have time to wait that I should just leave. We spoke to the owner who said walk-ins are customers too and said that if I didn't want to wait any longer I should come back another time. Never again! The last time I was here, my pedicure chipped within two days. I am typically able to make a pedicure last 4 to 6 weeks.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. Enough to warrant this review. I made an appt for 2 shellac manis- and got a quote for the price when I made the appt. When we arrived my friend got a technician that was new- she was awful- rude, kept yelling at my friend for "moving her hands" during the mani (even though she was not moving her hands), to the point of where one of the other clients said that the technician was being rude to the customer; she also was slow!!!! The entire mani took 2.5h. Multiple fingers were bleeding at the end of the mani. Also at the end she was charged $20 for shellac take off... That was not what I was quoted, and I have never been charged more than $5 for shellac takeoff. My friend was also "upgraded" with her pedi- without her knowledge. When we talked with the manager about this he apologized that the lady was new but refused to give us any type of refund. He did put one more coat of shellac polish on, but this was applied to her bleeding cuticles & only made things worse. I could not believe that with that type of experience he would not give us a voucher to come back (not that I would want to) or give us some type of refund. Good leadership starts from the top and if the manager does not demonstrate customer service, it's no surprise that employees do not offer it. Very disappointed, will never be back.

I was in town for a wedding and was in need of a mani-pedi and was able to book a same day appointment. The salon was cutely decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient at doing my mani-pedi at the same time. I was even able to talk my husband into getting his first pedicure ever and they got him in next to me. Most salons I go to never get my toenails cut short enough however Nails Only did not fail. My nails looked awesome and the polish looked perfect for weeks. This was my first visit to this nail salon! After a TERRIBLE experience last week at another salon, my acrylics were FALLING OFF and they looked awful. One of my customers told me about this place and I was totally stoked to give it a try, because her nails looked amazing and had some cute little rhinestones on them. I've been to about 5 Oshkosh nail salons and haven't been satisfied with any of them, but this place is awesome. I always go to the salon asking for a full set - extra long and extra sharp. The problem with other salons is they always refuse to do one or the other for me and I end up with overpriced chunky l acrylics. I didn't get the name of the guy who did my nails, but they're beautiful and all of my friends are going crazy over them. They're the perfect length and so nice and pointy.

This is place really a great place to treat yourself and friends out to! I've never been to a nail salon to get my nails done in the U.S. I would definitely recommend this place to my other friends and co-workers! The citrus pedicure included many things like a sugar scrub, fresh citrus massage, mask with hot towels, and my favorite, the hot wax! I decided not to go and complain because I do not like to. Then Thursday March 31, my shellac nail polish started to peel and two of my nails cracked. We spoke to the owner who said walk-ins are customers too and said that if I didn't want to wait any longer I should come back another time. Never again! The last time I was here, my pedicure chipped within two days. I am typically able to make a pedicure last 4 to 6 weeks.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. Enough to warrant this review. I made an appt for 2 shellac manis- and got a quote for the price when I made the appt. When we arrived my friend got a technician that was new- she was awful- rude, kept yelling at my friend for "moving her hands" during the mani (even though she was not moving her hands), to the point of where one of the other clients said that the technician was being rude to the customer; she also was slow!!!! The entire mani took 2.5h. Multiple fingers were bleeding at the end of the mani. Also at the end she was charged $20 for shellac take off... That was not what I was quoted, and I have never been charged more than $5 for shellac takeoff. My friend was also "upgraded" with her pedi- without her knowledge. When we talked with the manager about this he apologized that the lady was new but refused to give us any type of refund. He did put one more coat of shellac polish on, but this was applied to her bleeding cuticles & only made things worse. I could not believe that with that type of experience he would not give us a voucher to come back (not that I would want to) or give us some type of refund. Good leadership starts from the top and if the manager does not demonstrate customer service, it's no surprise that employees do not offer it. Very disappointed, will never be back.
