Waited 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment, my daughter's nails were awful and they were very very rude to another patron the owner was yelling across the salon at a customer. Dont go there!

I had my nails done on Wednesday (SNS with tips) and now today (Friday), two of my nails are missing. They didn't catch on anything, they just fell off.

I had my nails done on Wednesday (SNS with tips) and now today (Friday), two of my nails are missing. They didn't catch on anything, they just fell off.
Before I even had my nails done I was treated disrespectfully.
I don't think I will be coming back here, especially since I had the same nails from New York Nail Bar and they lasted for a month, and I am treated with respect as all people should be.

my friend and I went to get our nails done and we waited Atleast an hour and 15 minuets; even though there was 1 person there. Along with that she got her nails wait too short and they couldn’t do a simple design she wanted. For me I got a Gucci design and it wasn’t straight and they just looked horrible.

The quality of this salon has went down hill a lot. I got to the point where I only let Kim do my nails. Yet the experience was ruined by his father standing over him telling him how he should do it....
The quality of this salon has went down hill a lot. I got to the point where I only let Kim do my nails. Yet the experience was ruined by his father standing over him telling him how he should do it. When I firmly believe Kim does a much better job then the father does. Hence why Kim now owns his own salon, Elysian Nail Salon its located in Neenah! Worth the drive! Kim does amazing nails! His wife and sisters are there as well! So please go give Kim a call 920-727-9999!

I went in today to get my eyebrows done the place opens at 9 am and I got there at 940 I told the them I wanted my eyebrows waxed they told me it’s going to be a few minutes so I waited then they tell...
I went in today to get my eyebrows done the place opens at 9 am and I got there at 940 I told the them I wanted my eyebrows waxed they told me it’s going to be a few minutes so I waited then they tell me that the girl who does eyebrows is busy and can’t get here and to come back later but did not give me a time nor did they apologize for the inconvenience of having me wait for 20 mins already!!!! The guy laughed in my face when I asked when should I come back!!! He laughed and said he doesn’t know!!! I left and told them I will take my money elsewhere and the crazy thing about it I was just there a few weeks ago for a manicure and they did a good job but I will not go back as the staff are lazy and unprofessional!!! I’ll stick to going to Appleton to get my brows threaded it comes out better anyway!!!! And I’ll get my nails done somewhere else!!!! If I can give this place zero stars I would!!!!

Went here for the first time last Thursday. Today is Monday, and all my nails are lifting. I had the SNS powder done, and ha e been having my nails done for years. I just didn't want to make the drive to Appleton anymore. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I have to pay another 40-50 bucks to get them redone elsewhere.

Loved this salon. Clean and nice. They did a fabulous job on my pedicure and gel manicure. I highly recommend this place!!

Got shellac and a pedicure, the shellac chipped after 2 days, went and got it fixed and it chipped again. Toes chipped after 4 days. Not going back, waste of my money.

I was a loyal customer for quite sometime and I always thought my nails were okay until they stopped thinning out my entire nail. They were so thick they looked like snow globes with gel polish. Then ...
I was a loyal customer for quite sometime and I always thought my nails were okay until they stopped thinning out my entire nail. They were so thick they looked like snow globes with gel polish. Then they turned me away one night when I came in and hour and a half before closing time saying it was too late. So I took my business to Perfect Nails and I'm so happy I did.

I was a loyal customer for quite sometime and I always thought my nails were okay until they stopped thinning out my entire nail. They were so thick they looked like snow globes with gel polish. Then they turned me away one night when I came in and hour and a half before closing time saying it was too late. So I took my business to Perfect Nails and I'm so happy I did.
