I like that this place is clean. Service is pleasant. I give it only 4 stars because I've been there twice now and both times my polish is not done well. It pulls back from the tip of the nail and then chips easily there. Which means my polish doesn't look nice for as long as I want. Read Less

I wish I would have read some of these reviews before I went to Diamond Nails. I called last minute and they were very willing to fit me in. With that being said, I get there and I'm sitting at a table forever. I had 3 different people work on my nails over the span of 2 hrs doing something that should have taken 45 min. And there were plenty of workers coming and going from the back that could have helped me. Also, I had been growing my nails out (they weren't crazy long, but my nails never grow very well, so when they do I like to keep them long!) And before I could say anything about the length I wanted, the guy had clipped 3 nails already SUPER short!! And then he decides to ask me if the length was okay, as if I could say no and he could just glue my nails back on. And lastly, the other guy who finished my nails was filing them, and drew blood on the tips of 3 of my fingers because he filed my skin and not my nails. Definitely NOT going back there. Read Less

I have come to diamond nails for years. I used to get great service and they took the time to give a GOOD pedicure. Now unless you buy a $45-50 deluxe they treat you like a number. In and out....no time on massaging your legs or feet. Chair was so noisy I couldn't keep it on. Water was minimally luke warm at best. My person spoke no English and rushed through every step. When I originally started going to Diamond Nails I definitely would have given it 5 Stars. What was in the last few months the service has gone down significantly, they do not take their time like they used to and my pedicures do not last nearly as long. I feel like they're just trying to turn us through. Not only that but even though they take appointments it seems like it's more of a first-come-first-serve basis as they are always running behind. The person doing my nails rushed so much that the nails were so thick they looked like silly putty had been stuck to the ends of my fingers. Along with that, he got polish all over the pads of my fingers and then tried to use an electric smoother/sander type tool to remove that. To say it burned is putting it mildly. Then to top it all off, he got that same smoother/sander tool under my nail, held it there so long that he tore the tip of my finger. Didn't stop bleeding for a couple hours and took a week and a half to heal. You are really taking a chance going here!! Read Less

Awful customer service! Do not recommend going there. The employees were extremely unfriendly. No one smiled and extra employees were walking around on their cell phones and sitting around on their phone. No one engaged with clients or even looked up to greet you. Very unprofessional and that was just the customer service!! The lady who did my nails did an okay job but was extremely rude. I bumped my thumb, smudging my nail on the nail dryer, which was received with backlash. She spoke in her native language but had called another worker over grabbed my hand showed the worker and they continued to talk about it. She then grabbed my hand and said, "look what you did." Huffed put my hand back in the dryer and leaned back waiting for my nails to dry. Very rude and unfriendly. She also trimmed the cuticles (not sure if that is correct terminology) around my nails to much!! They are raw in places and sore!! AWFUL experience will not be going back again!! Read Less

Horrible manicure. When I got home I removed the polish, refiled and buffed my nails and reapplied my polish. My nails looked much better after I did them. Also, this place is filthy. Dust and dirt everywhere. Read Less

I got my nails done Friday May 5th. I received "ok" customer service. I asked for gell nails. I was given gell nails. I get gell nails because they LAST longer! Saturday my nail splits in half IN THE SHOWER! I called to have my nail fixed and was hung up on. I called again today, Sunday, and was SCREAMED at that I was "walking around with a broken nail, and that it makes diamond nails look bad". I was then told to come in Monday morning at 11:30 to get it fixed and then I was hung up on. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO LIKE THIS. Their customer service is terrible. Today I went to B.N nails ive never been so disgusted in my life One guy in there very creepy started out a a joke and then got worse he then started to get personal shoved a nake nail into my hand leaving my head red and sore and then putting acrylic on my skin and letting it stick to my skin and then ripping it off then kept in staring at my boobs claiming to be looking at my phone then told me he would take me out for ice cream because I was pretty then man is like 30 years old DISGUSTED never ever go here please save your money Read Less

This was my first (and last) visit to this salon.  i have never experienced this level of rude and insensitive service from a nail salon!  I made an appointment a day in advance and they finally took me to the pedi chair 20 minutes late.  Then I soaked for another 15 minutes before anyone showed up to start the pedicure.  The pedi was fine but I was handed off for a manicure without explanation that someone else was taking over.  This manicurist was rude to me and to her co workers. Unbelievable.  The best part though, was going to the nail drying table. I was left there and began the drying process.  Something didn't seem right but there was no one to ask. No one checked on me, and 10 minutes later, I flagged down a different employee walking by and asked about the drier...was it on at all?  No!  My manicurist was so insensitive to the customer that she walked away without making sure she had done her job.  I was there for almost 3 hours... For a simple mani and pedi- no fancy French manicure or nail design or anything.  I felt like a number! Read Less

I had my nails done a week ago and they now have to be redone because they turned from pink to grey on the tips. It makes them look like my nails are super filthy. And it was 40.00!!!! I will not be going back! Read Less

I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. The woman on the phone was nice, and I think she was also the one who did my nails. They look beautiful, and she did exactly what I asked, including finding the color I was looking for, but couldn't find. I misunderstood what I needed for my appointment, and she was able to clarify the difference between shellac and gel. She even told me what I needed to say for my next appointment. She did answer the work phone often, but I was okay with that because they seemed busy, and I wasn't in a hurry. I did have a problem with her using her personal cell phone. She would stop in the middle of what she was doing with me, and pick up her personal cell phone. It looked like she was texting and bidding (or betting?) on something. That bothered me a lot after the first few times. I was very happy with my nails, but if I find a place that has better customer service and has better prices, I'll be going there instead. Read Less

I have never had such bad service in my entire life. They started off my yelling at me because I did not state mine was a fill instead of a full set of nails, I'm sorry i was not aware that it needed to be stated differently because I have never gotten a fill before. Then i was yelled at because I wasn't sure of the difference between shalac and gel polish. It would have been more appreciated if you could actually explain the difference instead of yelling at me, laughing at me, then talking bad about me to your fellow workers. And yes I did know what you were saying because my friend understood everything. Also I'm pretty sure the lady was on the phone more than actually doing my nails. The phone rang about every minute and it was answered by the lady that was supposed to be doing my nails. Also she kept going to help the people coming through the door instead of just finishing me and then helping them. I was there for about and hour and a half and I should have only been there for 20-30 minutes.  I do not recommend this place to anybody. The worst service EVER! Read Less

Today was my first visit at diamond nails. I called, they were able to get me in that day. The woman who answered was very pleasant on the phone and very easy to understand. I as well as every customer was greeted upon entering the door. The nail tech never introduced herself by name, however I'm pretty confident that it was the same girl that took my phone call. My nails look good, but she seemed distracted by her husband and baby and the TV. She didn't ask me anything about myself.
