The pedicures are great, however on three separate occasions the manicurist I had an appointment with did not show up for work. I have had to change technicians 4 times, as their staff doesn't seem to stay very long. I'm becoming tired of changing every time I get used to someone. Read Less

I had two appointments scheduled prior to walking in and giving CQ Nails a chance, I'm so glad I did! My nail tech "Sam" was not only friendly but was not at all bothered by my questions and wants of what I wanted and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was very friendly and the salon so clean; the receptionist was very attentive in greeting and attending not only to my needs but the many needs of other customers around her. I went here twice in one month and got my nails fully done both times. Full set with gel and both times they were 45 dollars and fell off within 4 days of getting them. I've only had one good experience here and it was when I believe the owner did them. Also, when I got them done they were crooked and there was glue all over my finger nails along with nail polish. This place needs to clean up it's services. I want to see some degree of clean between clients. None of the pedicure tools were cleaned between clients. Rinsing in the foot bath just does not do it for me. I won't be back. Also, my ankle got nicked with the "grater". Not a good experience. Read Less

I had come several times and was happy with my service. Today what I received will cause me and my family to not return. I came in and didn't get what I requested, wasn't accommodated when I made mention (which wasn't entirely the techs fault), and was charged $30 for polish when I have hardly any nails. Called when I got home and they said to come back and there would be no charge. Came back and was told not to worry, but that there would be a difference to pay. I had my nails redone, they were done sloppy and uneven. My physical discomfort in the process was no concern for them. When I went to leave the lady at the desk told me they did no wrong and that I owed another $32. Then told me that this should be a lesson to me to "open my mouth". When I tried to tell her that I had tried to correct the first time, she cut me off. Then when my mother called, the woman talked over her loudly and cut her off repeatedly and nearly hung up on her. If you want a $67 manicure and poor service, this is the place to go. Most of the techs do a wonderful job, very sad that the administrator at the desk can't give proper service. Read Less
