My cousin and I went in for gel manis. It was her first time get a manicure and so I wanted it to be nice and we both loved our experience! The staff are very helpful and I was pleased to see all their tools were run through a sanitizer and they took care to follow health codes. They were very thoughtful and kind. SO many colors to chose from, and my nails didn't look a week grown out because they put the gel right up to my cuticle! Great job. Will definitely be going back to A D nail soon! Read Less

I went in for a fill and gel. I got this man that I've gotten in the past and have almost always left the salon feeling he was very rude (he's the tallest man w/glasses). I like my nails to be flush with the tips of my fingers or as close to that as possible due to my job. When I remind him of this each time I go in, he then likes to file down my nails so he's burning my skin, I believe he gets joy out of this. This time he made my finger bleed, he obviously got my blood on the file he was using, didn't matter, just shoved the file back in his drawer for I'm sure cross contamination with the next person that sat in his chair and had him file their nails...Now this is the most cringe-worthy part of this review...When I paid him, which I always tip pretty good, usually 20-25% depending on the service each time, my bill was $32.00, I gave him $40.00 expecting the $8.00 back so I could give him a tip with the change. HE HANDS ME $1.00 AND KEEPS THE $7.00 FOR HIS TIP...Who does this?? This is America, I always thought it was the customers' decision as to how much one tips for a service... This is news to me..., usually he just stands there glaring at me with his hand out, seriously, with his hand out waiting for his tip! How can Alice and Don not educate this man?? I get great service with everyone else, just this one guy and I've complained about him in the past via a phone call back to the salon complaining how rude he was to Don...Maybe this will get someone's attention. I liked the overall layout of this salon. It was set up nicely. Other than that, service wasn't that great. I think it was just my manicurist though because the others seemed friendly. I got a black french tip. They made me pay before getting started, so I wasn't able to tip her- glad I didn't though! So it all worked out I suppose.Read Less

What a cute little salon! In addition to the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful mani/pedis (neat, clean, precise) there is an added touch that goes above and beyond the average nail salon- a mini fridge stocked with water & soda, a serve-yourself coffee machine, and some candy for the taking. Worst pedicure I have ever received! I went in for gel manicure and pedicure. When doing my cuticles on my toes the women very clearly cut my toe, and looked me in the eye and said she did not cut my skin. After I made it clear that it hurt and I could see it, she began to rush through the remainder of my service, applied lotion only to my legs, didn't touch my feet. Before she started to apply the polish, I looked at my toe nails to realize she had barely done any filing, all the nails looked uneven and definitely not buffed. I was charged $62 in total for my services, of which I left with no polish on my toes so that I could go home and finish the job myself. WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK! When I informed someone why i did not have her finish, the woman just stared at me and said have a nice day. Read Less

I walked in without an appointment, nice service right away I waited 5 minutes picking my pedicure color and I was pleasantly surprised that they use coverage for the water tanks, overall I loved my pedicure actually better than at any spas I have been to, I will be back!!!! Read Less

I've only been there twice, but I love it! I've gotten a pedicure and gel nails, and i'm in love with the gel nails! The guy who did them, didn't get his name, did a nice job and made sure i liked them multiple times throughout the process. The pedicure was ok, just streaky and it didn't last long. I always have a great experience while I'm there. However, they seem to be very busy every time I try to get in. I guess weekdays after work and Sundays are too busy. Shellac nails always last a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Read Less

I have been coming here for several years. They are clean and friendly. They Take Care Of Their BUSINESS And Their Customers.  This shows by the fact that their business has grown due to the great service. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer a pedicure special on Sundays. You can call ahead or walk in. I call ahead because it is a half hour drive for me, but always well worth it. I requested a french manicure with shellac nail polish. While I was charged $35.00 for this, they did not use shellac polish but appear to have used regular polish in unlabeled bottles. They used the same process of applying coats and hardening under lights. I have had this type of polish applied twice prior at different salons and it never chipped and certainly was not easily removed with nail polish remover but required soaking. Awful job.
