Horrible customer service. My nails used to last a long time and have only been getting worse. My entire french tip pedicure is off of my toes after not even 2 weeks and nothing they can do, just charge again! They said thank you as a reply to taking my business to Empress Nail Spa on Ryan Rd (which I hear from everyone that it's a great place). Nothing to try and help the situation. The worst nail experience I have ever experienced in my entire life! If you have a choice in choosing a nail salon DO NOT GO to this one! The staff was very rude and my tech was very unprofessional. He used slang and began to curse while explaining what my nails would look like, in a very, harsh rude way that I did not appreciate! When I asked him how long it would take to soak my shellac nails, he responded, in a very agitated tone, that he would let me know when it was done! When he proceeded to roughly attempt to remove my polish, I let him know that I would be leaving immediately. He began to yell and throw a fit! I suppose he wanted to further this inhumane treatment and I would not allow it to continue! It was a very disturbing experience and makes me wonder how I even lasted 5 minutes in that shop. I loved it here! Compared to other salons I've seen and been to, they are not bad. The owners and nail techs were absolutely the utmost kindest people I've met in Milwaukee. I'm from out of town and although they aren't fluent in English, they understand and can converse well. I would highly recommend. I got a manicure and pedicure and it turned out great! The place is very fancy. It can get busy but the wait time doesn't take too long. if your in a rush plan to arrive earlier. All in all, I liked the place and people. Read Less

Years ago when this business first started it  had a great family feel. Owner and employees had great attitudes and very welcoming to you and your little daughters who I would take to pamper and pay for her services like a mani or nail Polish on toes. They would take there time and very thoroughly with handling the sanitizing of the tools. With lots of humor and laughing jokes. Service was TOP notch. As I noticed within time the atmosphere began to shift along with attitudes. I couldn't seem to continue to overlook matters along with waiting no longer worth my time. I slowly began to make my way to another nail salon who would approach my business. Some time later noticed they expanded and my curiosity lured me back. I have gotten mani/pedi's here in the past, with no issues. The owners are sweet people, I just wish the workers were too. My friend and I went last week for pedi's. It is suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable. It was rushed and didn't feel good. They did not let our feet soak at all, and it was painful. She missed one side of my nails and blamed me and said it was my foot position. ?????? We will not be returning nor will my daughter whom had a similar experience. This place was absolutely ghastly. The staff was extremely rude and didn't even both trying to speak English. The lady who did my nails (was getting tips put on) cut my skin in several places on both hands with the nail file and they got really infected. I used to go here all the time and receive decent service. The last few times I have waited for a long time and then when called,  my services are very rushed.  You can call and make an appointment but don't even bother, they take whomever walks in right before you and anyone waiting before you appointment or not. Second time here for a pedicure and it was again very rushed. Pumice stone looked worn out which made me really uneasy and the lady kept asking me if I wanted my nails or eyebrows done. I guess when I go for a pedicure and want to pamper myself which isn't very often, I would expect more than 20 minutes and would hope for a nice foot/calf rub. Read Less

My daughter and I went here yesterday for manicures.  I am new to the area and someone recommended I go here.   We were so rushed that it was rude.  The two women who took care of us talked in their native language the entire time and made us feel very uncomfortable.  It was rude and ignorant to think I should pay for a service while being treated so rudely.  But the most important thing was the filthy way the salon appeared and what I witnessed in the lack of cleaning that went on.  I never saw anything being cleaned and everything appeared to be reused even to the point of the towel under my hands on the table.  The woman who took care of me stipped twice during my manicure to take care of an eyebrow wax and then seat some other people in the salon.  It was crazy and both of us could not wait to get out of there.  Oh, and my daughter was cut by the woman taking care of her.  I never saw the footbaths for the pedicure chairs being cleaned properly either.  Then when I heard them talking to a girl about a wart on her foot I felt like leaving in the middle of my manicure!  IT WAS A NIGHTMARE..... If you're looking for a busy nail salon that does an 'okay' job for the price you pay, this is the place for you. I've been going to this nail salon for about year. When I first used their services, I was impressed. For the most part the employees were friendly, the price was reasonable, and the job was well done. However, I'm sad to say that in the past 3 months, it's ALWAYS busy. If you call ahead and make an appointment, you still have to wait 30 minutes. No organization at all. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Not only was it extremely rushed- but all of the equipment was rusty and did not appear clean. My feet were extremely dry from winter- which was scraped with a razor blade- I've had this done before- but should be followed with a THOROUGH pumice stone scrub. This place is always busy because they are the only nail shop within a 5 mile radius....or at least it seems that way. Decent prices. Decent service. This place is decent... I've been in there twice now and it's always busy so either they are doing something really right or their location is great. (maybe both)The clientele is very nice!
