Do NOT get your hair done here!!! Worst experience ever... my hair looks nothing like the picture I brought in or discussed with the stylist. I walked in there with hair down to the middle of my back. I made it very clear that i did not want my hair cut any shorter than the middle of my arms. It’s now above my shoulder & it was butchered.... I could of cut it better myself if I was drunk & blind folded. I asked for a high light / low light & my hair color is no different than when I walked in there... minus a huge platnium blond skunk strip in the front of my head that I immediately complained about, however, my complaint was dismissed & I was told.. “it fade”. I leave for vacation in 2 weeks & I am miserable over my hair. Yes, after arguing they agreed to refund my money but that does nothing for a women when her appearance is completely altered by an incompetent / scissor happy stylist. I really like Bellagio. I get my nails, pedis and hair done here. I do have a complaint that just came up recently though. Lewis used to do the powder dip on my nails. He was excellent!!! Paid attention to every detail and cared about his work. He no longer does powder dip and I had some other guy just do my nails on Sunday. He rushed through it. He filed almost all the previous polish off instead of waiting for it to soak off. He didn't include a manicure, with cuticle push back and trimming (Lewis always did). I just didn't get the same feeling of caring from this guy that I got from Lewis. I felt like he was just getting me done as fast as possible. The work was just not up to par, compared to Lewis's meticulous work. I will make sure I DO NOT get this guy again. The receptionist ended up doing it bcs we had to leave for another activity. She was so nice! They do a great job. I think many employees do not use English a primary language. I stopped in Saturday for a full set. Most places in the area are 25 for a full set give or take. The staff asked me to pick any color out when I got in. I didn't know that I picked a shellac color. Then again I don't know too much about the difference. The service was perfect and I really like my nails. The part that I didn't like is that their prices aren't listed and they don't tell you shellac nail polish is extra. That is all that they offered. So I was confused. Well my nails cost me 45 dollars..... I obviously couldn't barter with them so I paid it. I won't be going back because it is really over priced. A full cost 35 lol. No thanks. Very poor customer service and quality, a handful of kind people. Most of the employees are rude. I liked going here because they were open late and always fully staffed, but I’ve had many poor experiences. One guy got frustrated with the color polish I chose, he messed up my nails and blamed it on the color I chose. Also, when I had to use the restroom he got upset that he had to stop and “shooed” me off. I got my eyebrows microbalded here and my eyebrows started peeling and chunks of color were missing. The lady barely numbed me and every time I asked for a break from the pain she also got frustrated. She also answered a phone call and was talking on the phone through my whole service. She charged me $250 but didn’t tell me I had to come back for a touch up that at would be an additional $100 until after the service. I'm graduating college this Sunday, so I was like "hey I'll get my eyebrows and nails done". Well I should have not gone here. The girl screwed up my eyebrows, I want to cry. They don't match. It took me about two years to get my eyebrows full, well it looks like I have to do that process all over again. I have to fill them in. I got my nails done and the guy nicked me so many times. Disappointed with the service i recieved yesterday. I went in for set of acrylic white tips with pattern. Firsrly the young girl who prepared my nail drilled too much in cuticle n cut me made really sore now getting infected. Nails applied n finushed the filing but another guy who then left me under the lamp for ages while he went off to eat. I waz then forgot about to then be given to hand lotion as they had forgotten i wanted a pattern by this point i waz running short of time so wemt to till and said doesnt matter about pattern ill just pay she said i never knew u wanted a pattern. Made an appointment for my haircut which was pretty seamless. When I arrived I was motioned to go to the back haircutting area but not told what to do or where to sit. I stood awkwardly on the side. When it was my turn I showed the gentleman a picture of what I wanted and went to wash my hair. He was very rough with my head, twisting and pushing it to get the shampoo out. While shampooing he told me he was going to the strip club for his birthday, which I thought was rather inappropriate for never having met him before. After the wash, I went to start the cut. He got his razor blade stuck in my hair and used the edge of the drawer to try to remove the razor from the handle. He twisted my head this way and that and pushed it rather forcibly. It was not a relaxing experience by any means. My hair does not look like the picture I showed him. He did not know the price of a cut. I was charged $40 for something I now need to get fixed somewhere else. I would return for him to fix it but am afraid he's going to screw it up more. I've been coming here for over a year & just experienced the worst shellac manicure ever by the man @ station 2. They called him over to do my manicure 3x but he was standing around talking with a coworker. When he finally sat down he kept yanking my hand, gripping my fingers hard, & tossing my hand away when he was done each time. He did it all under 15mins which is how quickly he rushed & how incomplete he did the manicure. He had the audacity to argue over the tip I provided him after that horrible experience & yelled at me the whole way out. I asked for an Ombré French and I waited an hour for someone to help me and then I sat finally and the girl said she didn't know how to do it then I went to this other guy after 10 minutes of waiting and he messed my nails up so bad and I tried telling him that's not how you do it( I even showed him a picture) and then this lady tried fixing them and she cut me twice and she said I don't need to pay anything and to make an appointment with her to fix them for me. I went to this place because I was told they're really good. I don't get my nails done often so I don't have a favorite place. Decided to give this place a try for a mani/pedi for my wedding. Called to make an appt, called the day before to confirm as we were a party of 4 so we wanted the pedi and mani done at the same time... not only we waited 40 mins before they started one 3 of us, one person had to wait but they were in a hurry because they're supposed to close at 7:30pm technically but yet they set my appt for 7:00pm.  Their work is nothing special at all. I had to keep telling the person that did my nails to make them even lengths and straight from one end to the other because they looked horrible, he would file and lean back on his chair and would tell me ok take your time check. Seriously? You can't see they're messed up.. so today before the rehearsal I'm going to another place to fix them or get another full set. What a waste of money and time.One of the bridesmaids was hurting when they were doing her heels and she ended up with a sore on her right heel! Ridiculous! I would not recommend this place! I use to love this place! it's been a few months since I've been! Prices were increased ridiculously high. I came in for a basic pedi which I normally get! The cost was 44 dollars. I don't mind paying for a good pedicure but the service sucked. Usually any tech I usually go to goes above and beyond really taking their time! The tech this time rushed through the pedicure. The lady next to me started before me and I was done before her! We both got the same pedicure and had shellac! The tech also didn't do everything a basic pedicure included. She didn't use anything to scrub my feet with to get the dead skin, she just rubbed my feet with scrub. I didn't get hot towels which is normally included in the basic pedicure. I knew this because I asked for a list of the different pedicures and what they included before telling her which one I wanted. Overall very disappointed. First off, this place isn't closed as Yelp suggests but it should be!!  After hearing and reading many horror stories of people getting fungal infections I thought they were all crazy and decided to come here myself. I was pleased with how my nails looked the first time, though a little surprised that at no point in getting acrylic done did they ask me to wash my hands. The second time I was once again pleased, but again surprised that at no point did anyone ask me to wash my hands. It also seemed that there were a few steps missing, however not being an expert in this I can't say for certain.   Two days after getting my fill done complete with gel polish, it started to chip. I was in Mexico so nothing I could do about it at the time and I was mad. Skip ahead to one week later when I noticed some black spots underneath my nails. At first I thought it was dirt but I couldn't get it removed. Then I realized it was between my nail and the acrylic.  I soaked off the polish on that nail to discover that there was a fungus growing between my nail and the acrylic! I've been here 3 times for a mani/pedi. The salon is beautifully decorated and there always seems to be plenty of staff. Often times the staff are sitting around looking bored.  Each of the three times I've been in I've never paid the same amount for the same service! I was in less then two weeks ago and I was shocked when the bill was $75! The manicure and pedicure were fine but the gel polish had a few small lumps, as if there was grit on the nail before the polish was applied. And 2 of my nails had some sort of small black streaks. I have no idea what it was from as my polish color was pink. It wasn't noticeable unless you looked very close so I wasn't overly concerned. However the last two times I was in the polish peeled off at least one of my nails within a week. We saw good reviews and I do not know why. I went with my fiancée and was excited to treat him to something special. Out of all the salons in the area, I chose this one based on the reviews. Bad choice. We were told we could have a pedicure and manicure at the same time. However, 20 minutes into the pedicure no one has come to do our nails. I asked if someone was coming at which point the guy doing my nails looked around and said there is no one and then explained to the lash doing my fiancé's pedicure what we had said. At this time, she went and got a towel, wrapped his feet, and then started hacking away at his nails (no other way to describe it). My pedicure was hurriedly finished and then I decided the fastest and sorriest gel nail job I have ever received. At the end, the two men at the fort quoted two different prices. We ended up paying 99 for two regular pedicures, one manicure, and one gel nail job.I will never go there again. Don't bother with this place. We gave them two chances. They blew it both times. First time we went my daughter got a full gel set. It was hideously thick. Looked like we did it ourselves. We went to Epic Nail Salon in Franklin to have it fixed quickly before a vacation (they were wonderful). Made the mistake of going back today To Bellagio for a gel mani. The male nail tech was more concerned with his hair (kept looking at himself in the mirror) than what he was doing. He cut two of my daughters fingers. One quite badly. Didn't even apologize. I have lived here in wisconsin since 2012 and still have yet to find a nail salon I visit frequently. Bellagio will now be added to the list of crap salons. First, my tech used NO base coat prior to applying my shellac color to my nails. Second, I had asked for a matte top coat, and my nails are a far cry from matte, it looks more like a flat old color from a manicure 3 weeks ago. She didn't file ONE nail on my hand, so my tips look like crap. Last but not least, THE SHELLAC APPLICATION WAS CRAP. I have been coming to Studio 8 Salon for over a year now and I am a regular customer. However today when I went I was very disappointed the atmosphere was horrible and I felt really awkward and uncomfortable. There had been a argument between two of the staff and one of them walked out crying when she had customers waiting. My nails hadn't been done to the standard they usually are as the staff seemed distracted and more concerned about the argument rather than their customers. Stay away.  The moron doing my nails cut me twice.  When I went in I specifically asked for acrylic and asked if the Polish I picked out was for acrylic because I wanted nothing to do with gel. He kept talking over me and finally said yes acrylic. So after cutting me he at least had the decency to make two snowflakes on my nails.  But then when I went to pay he tried to charge me $30 I said it is supposed to be 17.  He told me I got gel.  I said No I Specifically asked for acrylic. He said I got gel polish and I never said I didn't want gel polish.  Oh yes I did he said fine I charge 17 but you made the mistake you need to understand the difference. NO I DID NOT make a mistake YOU made the mistake. He started telling at me saying something about he doesn't like me saying he hits a scanner. The first time here, I was okay, but not far from me a woman was being, well tortured seems to be the only way to describe the way the technician was removing her acrylic nails.  She was crying in pain, the problem wasn't so much a language barrier (her discomfort was clear),  he obviously didn't know what he was doing.  It was so bad, I left feeling guilty I didn't intervene.  But for me the manicure-pedicure was competent and I got my nap in.  Then the second time I came, I was assigned the torturer...so I escaped without harm.  Across the street is a much better place. Although last time I went I was told no staff were in who can do cut out design, I travel 30 miles each way for this salon so was very disappointed, I go for the speciality designs, but that day I travelled 60 miles in total for nails I could have gone down the road for...think I'll give it a miss for a while. I have been to Bellagio as a new customer twice in the last two weeks for a gel manicure and walked out both times after waiting an hour the first time and twenty minutes the second visit without a manicure. Granted I did not schedule an appointment on either occasion but was told both times that "it will only be a few minutes" There was no rhyme or reason to how customers were taken back for there services. Women that came in after I did were taken before me and we were all walk ins. This was the most unorganized, chaotic cluster excuse for a business that I have ever experienced. Took us about 20 minutes late for appointments...had us just sitting there in water all that time with no nail techs around..we asked if it would be much longer!?!??...then a finally girl came out for 1 of us...my person finally came about 5+ mins later. My guy really was hurting me with the scrubs and rubs and clipping of my nails. Then when done he didn't put me under the dryers but the lady took my friend to them. She asked if I didn't want to dry and I said I wasn't offered that. Totally dissatisfied!!!!! :( Was a belated Mother's Day gift too for my mother-in-law... felt embarrassed bringing her here. It depends on who you get but I like the way my nails look everytime. I do get irritated with the fact they sit and talk in another language to each other in front of you like you aren't even there. You wait a long time to even get your pedicure/manicure started because they are trying to do as many people as they can.If you get Kong or Kelly doing your nails be prepared because they answer the phone and greet and talk with customers during your treatment, even get up and leave you sitting during your manicure to help a customer at the desk. My friend used to get her eyebrows done there but has stopped going since she had Kelly last time and she was upset that my friend paid with a card instead of cash and flat out told her to bring cash next time....RUDE So while the customer service is horrible my nails look nice. I took my 4 year old daughter there one time as well for a pedicure and we were supposed to have them at the same time but my poor daughter waited almost 45 minutes for someone to help her and I was already done...I was irate. Came here for the first time after reading mostly positive reviews and had a really great experience.I did call a day in advance and scheduled 2 gel manicure appts for my mom and I knowing that Saturdays at nail salons can get crazy. We ended up arriving 30 mins early and wanted pedicures as well and they got us in right away with no issue.Lee took care of my nails and toe polish change and she did an AMAZING job. I didn't feel rushed at all and she paid close attention to detail which I totally appreciate.I saw on their website a coupon for a free eyebrow wax or thread on your first visit, so I took advantage of that during my visit (they do offer other coupons as well - so check that out beforehand). A manager (didn't catch her name) took care of my threading and was quick and did a great job as well. She asked how I liked my nails and thanked me for visiting which was nice.The salon itself is beautiful and very clean. They offer a wide variety of services beyond nails including hair, waxing, eyelash extensions, etc.At the busiest point in our visit it did get a little noisy, but it didn't bother us.All in all, we will definitely be back. Scheduled two Bellagio pedicures for my mom and I. This was her first time experiencing a pedicure and our first time to this spa. We arrived 15 minutes early and they politely greeted us and instructed us to pick out our colors. We did and we waited. About 5 minutes after our appointment time, they told us to go and have a seat at the station.  We did and then we waited for almost 30 minutes before we were taken care of.  People who walked-in after us were taken care of first.  We did not get the Bellagio pedicure as requested at the time of appointment, we received the traditional. Because my mom and I were not being taken care of at the same time, she was done first.  They asked my mom to come to the manicure table and sit. They began giving her a manicure, which was not something we had planned.  They picked out the color they wanted to paint her nails.  It was the strangest thing.  They charged us $55 for her manicure and pedicure...something we didn't request. I frequent this salon no less than a bi-weekly basis. I've gotten manicures and spa pedicures, then upgraded to gel nails and deluxe pedicures. I'm very specific on how I want my nails (shorter, square and sharp) and have always been pleased with the results. I get my eyebrows waxed there and I've gotten a Brazilian wax (pleased with both, but the Brazilian wax hurts at any salon, let's be real ladies). I've gotten eyelash extensions which I love because then I'm not required to wear mascara and have gotten a ton of compliments. I read the review about the women getting gel nails and them turning yellow. That did happen onceout of two years due to me putting my nails under the purple light for too long. Salon staff offered to fix it, but I was too impatient and they ensured it was corrected next time. I recently came back from vacation and got an hour long massage which was relaxing and rejuvenating. Bellagio offers free wifi, television if you want to watch your favorite show, and are always on point about offering bottled water to drink. A discount is applied for using cash. I would highly recommend this salon and it is kid friendly as I brought my 7 year old son for a pedicure and he waited and did his homework on his tablet with the wifi. Convenient location and open later than normal salons without having to travel to the mail. Kong and Kelly, the owners always strive to please and I'll be a return customer for many years to come! This place is close to my office so it's convenient. However, that's not a deal maker so the fact I keep returning says a lot, salons are omnipresent. And this review is based solely on nail services. They do advertise a special for a $35 mani/pedi however it shouldn't come as a surprise that this great deal is basic mani, basic pedi. Let's keep it real, ladies. Also, they charge differently cash versus credit card. This is a true situation. Most people should know that credit card companies charge a fee for their service that is passed on to the businesses. Think Woodmans grocery store... They won't accept credit cards, only take debit, so they can keep prices lower. I'm totally in acceptance that if I use cash I get a couple bucks off (this from a gal who rarely carries cash, but I get the realities). The lack of an in-store menu and total clarity makes it really difficult to understand what the nail service options are and at what price. They refer clientele to go online to learn about options (which I've never done) and hopefully they will eventually get some print materials and/or clear menu option signage, stat.With all this said, every person -so far- who has done my nails has kicked arse! As I said before, I keep coming back and I know the options are bountiful! Here's some commentary and a response to  my irritations and gripes with chicks who write salon reviews: "Listen, gurl, you want the job done right or you want it done fast?  You and me both know perfection doesn't come at a snap of the fingers. Better manage your time before showing up at the salon. Make sure this is the main thing to do that day or else you are being rude by thinking that your precious time takes precedence over: a) thorough work or b) other customers who may have made an appt. days or even hours before you. I was here when they first opened and I thought I'd try it again. I saw a coupon online and they weren't going to honor it at first but they did. The pedi took about 20 mins total and made 1 of my toes bleed. The mani took about 20 mins because 2 of my nails would not stop bleeding. I felt rushed and maybe that's why she kept making me bleed. It is a beautiful salon, the people were nice, service was ok, but the end result is horrible.  Went in for a full set if gel nails and pedicure.  The nails seemed soft, but I was told they were strong-- very strong--won't break.  I am on vacation and it has been 4 days. 5 are broken off and the white of the French is yellow. Never have i gad such a bad set and have had so many broken nails in 4 days! I am disappointed with the results. The pedicure was expensive and mediocre. I won't be returning. Read Less

I also was impressed with the salon's look.  Seemed clean spacious and very inviting.  I got a mani and pedi.  The man that did my pedi seemed like this was his first one.  He kept asking the girl next to us questions like he didn't know what to do next.  Just didn't seem to have a clue what to do. He  filed the ends of my toes not the nails, massage was ok,  put one warm towel one hot on my legs, couldn't wrap them on properly so they stayed.  Then came the polish..... He kept looking at the almost employ bottle, putting the brush back in, pulling it out looking at it again and again.  I said I'll  pick out another one if that one is empty. Don't think he understood a word I said just proceeds to glob it on my toes.  Got the cuticles but none on the tips.  This polish won't make it to the weekend then alone the month they usually last.   The manicure  was done by the girl that served as the translator mentor at the pedi chair, while he cleaned all the foot baths.  Never again !!!!!!! I visited them a couple months ago for a basic mani-pedi.  The place is beautifully decorated with a large number of pedicure stations.  I asked about the different levels of services for manicures and pedicures but never received a good explanation.  The pedicure service was fair.  I expected to be escorted to a manicure station, but was not.  She did my manicure from my right side of the pedicure station.  My nails were never even soaked.  She finishes and takes me to the drying table and I never saw her again.  They charged me full price even though the large banner on Ryan Rd advertises a mani-pedi for $35. I couldn't wait to get out of there so I didn't argue the point.  In following weeks, I attempted to contact them to learn about the various levels of services.  They've never responded.  Two weeks ago I called to make an appointment.  They said they put me down for the agreed upon date and time, but never asked for my name before they hung up.  I won't go back.  I'll stick to my normal salon with less smoke and mirrors. My first experience was OK and being that I really wanted to like this place I gave it a second try. I wish I hadn't. Started off with my youngest (6) and oldest (8) in kids chairs which weren't ready upon arrival of appointment so we waited 15 minutes. Fine. No problem. The girls get to the chairs and soak for 15 minutes. Nobody comes by. Meanwhile I'm standing awkwardly next to them because my chair is not ready even though I had requested to be sat next to them. Finally, my youngest gets somebody and I'm able to sit down. My oldest continues to soak for another 15 minutes with no one in sight. I finally ask the lady if they have someone for her .. "Oh yes... someone will come." Ok? Another 5 minutes or so passes and someone finally does come after her sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes soaking in what was now cold water. Lovely. Now time to relax. Right? No. The lady I had was very rough and ended up cutting my heel and then later cut my finger. It stung .. a lot .. and ruined the already poor experience for me. Not only that but her nails were long and she'd practically pinch me every time she went to paint my nails. The girls seemed to be fine with no issues had there. I will say their nails turned out well as did mine. However, if I'm going to pay for a service that is not the experience I want to have. The saying is true ... First time at the salon today and when I was seated at the nail dryer the employee dropped a bottle of nail polish that broke and polish went everywhere. Piece of glass landed in my flip flop and when I got up there was a piece of glass stuck in my foot. Needed the nail tech to pull it out. Was not even offered a bandage. He did a decent job on my nails but I have tiny air bubbles on all nails. Read Less

I really really want to love this place. it's clean and beautiful.  my personal experience was they were a little unorganized and I've been soaking in the pedicure tub for 15 min with no person to be found. I'm really hoping things turn around quickly. so far not the best experience. fingers crossed. good: extremely clean, friendly, full service spa my service when they finally got to me was excellent. average: way too any polishes need to be replaced. I picked at least 5 that were really gummy. toss that shit and get new ones. I waited an eternity for my service to actually start. I will say they did a great job with the service. I loved loved the several scrubs, hot towels and my generous massage.  my polish was a little goop-ey made my nail techs job not so fun.  he did the best he could. kudos to him. An all in one salon that you don't have to drive all the way down town for!!!! FINALLY!!!WOW this place seriously blew me away, the outside does not do the inside justice. I came in to check it out and felt like I stepped into another world. I received high end service and quality for low end prices ( my FAVORITE kind of place!)  I was amazed on all that this placed had to offer, I treated my self for a full day of pampering.I started off with an amazing shellac mani & pedi, it turned out wonderful- Not able to say that too often being the picky person I am. Next hair- YES hair. I was very skeptical letting someone new touch my hair, let alone cut it. I asked probably a million questions before I let him start, I could tell he knew what he was talking about and after he started I could tell he was doing this for a while. I received a much needed deep conditioning treatment, probably one of the best I have ever had. He cut about 3 inches off my hair, to some that mite not seem like a lot, but to me... lets just say I have some attachment issues when it comes to my hair. It was much... muchhh needed. When he was all done, I was very happy with my hair- Its very seldom I am able to say this from how picky I am. Whenever I get a hair cut i'm not usually satisfied, but he made me a happy girl. Its safe to say i'm a new regular. Sorry Neroli salon, yes I am cheating one you- your $100 haircuts are not doing it for me any more. Moving on. Massages- YES this place offers massages. All I can say is HOT STONE try it, you'll love it. The best part of my experience.... was that the bill at the end of all this, was only a fraction of what I was expecting!
