This place is filthy!! Stay away!! I stopped the other day and was turned away was told there would be an hour wait on a Wednesday around 11am. the female laughed as she said it would be an hour wait. I had came back the next day around 1pm and the same, I was told there would be another hour wait and again she laughed at it. Mind you they were not busy or were there people waiting, there were a few women in the chairs. i looked at the stations and they are filthy, the carpet is dusty and looks to never be cleaned. There is filth on the tables and look to only be brushed off and not fully cleaned. I would wonder if the tools they use are sterile or if they are covered in other peoples gunk. I called ahead to ask if they had pedicure openings. Was told come right in. Confirmed I was the one who called and sat here in the soaking water for 25 minutes so far while she works on another client. Why did you say no waiting and have me soak just to sit here for so long? It is my second time coming to this Nail Salon. The first time I did just regular nail polish , this time I did gel on my hands. The first time I liked the job a lot, I am Brazilian, so I like my cuticles removed entirely,and the nail polish must cover the entire nail the first and second time  the coat is applied. Here was the only place I get my cuticles removed close to what I like, other places they just push them and take the cuticles superficially, which makes the nails no that attractive. Who never had a Brazilian doing your nails will never understand the difference. They also apply the coat very nicely covering the entire nail. Dila did my nails this time, a regular pedicure and a gel manicure...I had already removed all my cuticles before I came to the salon, however, she still took the time to make sure the cuticles looked perfect. I have to say, Dila is a perfectionist, my nails look amazing!!!!! I have a long nail bed, so imperfections show easily, but she is "Nailed it" literally!!!!! They look gorgeous! I just went here today on my lunch hour for a Shellac nail polish change. The cost is standard for a nail salon $20 for a Shellac polish Change or $30 for a manicure and Shellac. They were not very busy when I went in so I was taken right away and they were done with my nails before my hour lunch was over. Jennifer did my nails and she was very talkative and polite. The other nail technician were also very nice. They give new clients a card and after 4 visits of spending $15.00 or more on each visit, your 5th visit gets you $5.00 off....not too shabby! Also if you get a manicure pedicure they give you $5.00 off automatically. I've seen the not so good reviews on this place, but there is a sign out front that says "under new management" so I believe it! I am picky about my nails and they did a great job!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Update- I have frequented this place since my first visit. There is another nail technician there that does a fabulous job!!! Her name is Dayla!!! I never leave here without my nails done to perfection by her. She takes her time and is extremely polite and conscientious of the work she is doing on your nails!!! Highly recommend!!! Read Less

There's a new sign that says "Under new management" so I thought after reading the bad previous reviews I would give it a shot seeing as to there is "new management." WORST decision ever. STAY AWAY from this establishment.I walked in and the one nail technician that was there was working on a client's nails... I was greeted in a loud, rude manner "Did you call?" .. I said no I didn't call I am wondering if you would have anything open later today... The nail tech repeated "Why didn't you call?" REALLY?... I walked out speechless. Needless to say.. This place is very good. I go here with my mom all the time! It's cheap too. Definatley (sorry if I spelt that wrong!) one of my favorites. Sometime I will find a picture of nail designs online and if I really like it I print off the design and take it in and have it done! Great Place!! Read Less

They used a Dremmel Tool -  an electric circular sander - to file down the tops of my toenails. Not only did my nail tech cut into my flesh at the corner of my cuticle which hurt for a day, the filing must be too harsh for nails as they've been growing out yellowed and chalky looking. Find somewhere else to get your pedicure. Read Less
