I had my gel nails removed a few weeks ago to allow my own nails some time to heal. The nail "expert" didn't bother to soak my nails to soften the bonding agent. She just started ripping away and almost tore my real nails from the nail bed. My fingers were very sore. I'm still having trouble with my left thumb nail growing as it was ripped pretty far back on one side.

This place is a joke. My 14 year old daughter works hard for her money and went in to get her nails done. They charged her card again but adjusted it from 38 to 45 dollars. They took 83.00 out of her ...
This place is a joke. My 14 year old daughter works hard for her money and went in to get her nails done. They charged her card again but adjusted it from 38 to 45 dollars. They took 83.00 out of her card. Her check was little over 80.00. She left there with no money on her card. When I brought her bank statements down there they tried to tell me that it was a refund. If it was a refund why did she not have money left? She is only 14 years old and can only work so many hours so her checks are not that big. You have destroyed my daughters self-esteem and trust. She works hard for her money and for people like you to just take it and try making up an excuse like its a refund? Are you kidding me. If it was a refund how did she even get charged any ways the 45 dollars when the last time she was there was over month? But yet there was a statement saying you tried charging her card 3 days before that too and because there was no money you couldn't take it? What 14 year old would want to work? She has a strong will to become a great person in this world and its places like this that destroy our younger generation.Shame you take advantage or a 14 year old. This is not done. I am going to the better business burrow with this along with Walmart corp and the people you go through in order to keep your place in Walmart. Unless you give her money back I will not stop.. Even if it cost you from losing your business. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Went with my mother to get our nails done....same day her nail broke off and took her whole nail off then one of the workers named cindy put my 2 nails on crooked and then said no they werent crooked ...
Went with my mother to get our nails done....same day her nail broke off and took her whole nail off then one of the workers named cindy put my 2 nails on crooked and then said no they werent crooked that my fingers were...brian one of the workers then asked us to leave not wanting to refund us. They were way over priced for such horrible work...and very rude to customers!!! I get my nails done every 3 weeks and not once have ever had such horrible service!!

Love regal nails- they do a really nice job making your experience as personal as possible. They do more during a pedicure than most salons (e.g. hot towels, exfoliating scrub, lotion, callus removal, etc.) and are always willing to go above and beyond. They recently updated their salon with new amenities which will definitely keep me coming back for more. Personally, the best nail place in Neenah!
And they are Vietnamese-- take the time to get to know them, they would never purposefully be rude or speak negatively about their clients!

The staff really knows their craft, I'm always thrilled with my full sets, fills, and pedicures. I always have a wonderful relaxing experience here, and have been coming for years. The salon really got a wonderful makeover recently, and is always clean, something I am very particular about.

I had my gel nails removed a few weeks ago to allow my own nails some time to heal. The nail "expert" didn't bother to soak my nails to soften the bonding agent. She just started ripping away and almost tore my real nails from the nail bed. My fingers were very sore. Love regal nails- they do a really nice job making your experience as personal as possible. They do more during a pedicure than most salons (e.g. hot towels, exfoliating scrub, lotion, callus removal, etc.) and are always willing to go above and beyond. They recently updated their salon with new amenities which will definitely keep me coming back for more. Personally, the best nail place in Neenah!
