Great place! I had a scheduled an appt and when I came in, they sat me down right away. They had a huge variety of gel polish to choose from! The place is clean and very modern. I'm very satisfied with the mani/pedi that I got. One downside, I wish the woman would have done a slower massage on my feet and calves; instead of a rapid massage. Made an appointment to have my nails done after work, and the place was severely under-staffed for the amount of people that either had appointments, or walked-in tonight. The whole job was rushed, so that all the customers could be taken care of and the walk-ins that were coming in could be helped before the place closed. My cuticles weren't soaked, pushed back or cleaned up before or after my nails were painted. Some of my nails weren't completely painted, I have some square shaped nails and some round shaped nails, and the edges weren't filed down or smoothed. I basically went home to finish the job they didn't do. I could have done a better job myself at home and saved myself $30. The staff was very kind and personable, I just wish they would have let me know they were extra busy that night. I would have been fine waiting a little to have the job done properly, instead of being rushed through. I will not be returning. Read Less

I've never had a problem with the staff. I think they are direct, but friendly. Prices are reasonable, the place is always clean and you aren't in the chair forever. Massage chairs and a flat screen make for a decent visit. Read Less

Not great. Nice atmosphere, the usual massaging pedicure chairs, but the service was mediocre and my paint job was less than impressive. The actual pedicure, nail trimming/filing, cuticle clipping, foot scrub, massage, etc. lasted less than 15 mins. I could have given myself a better foot/leg massage. Won't be going back... definitely not worth $25 + $3 tip. Read Less

I used to visit Nails & Spa under the old owners and I thought that I would try out the new owners.  To say the least, I am disappointed with the service I received.My friend and I came here to get a mani/pedi for our friend's wedding this weekend.  We were "greeted" when we first walked in with a, "Do you guys need help?" from a snotty woman.  I told her that we had an appointment at 5:30 and she said, while she was walking away from us, "Oh, it's you guys. Fine, pick out your colors and come back."  She never made eye contact and was on her phone the whole time.  She kept badgering us to go back to the pedicure area, even though we didn't have our colors picked out.  I told her that we would be right back, to which she responded, "Oh.  You're not even ready yet."The pedicure was less than ideal.  I keep up with scrubbing my feet pretty regularly, and I left here without my feet feeling smooth, like they usually do after a good pedicure.  The polish on my fingernails is also streaky with bubbles.  Needless to say, I am not impressed with the new owners.  Their employees did not make me feel welcome nor did they give me a quality mani/pedi.
