I got an appointment last minute and was pretty happy! The gentleman on the phone was nice and polite...I was excited to get my nails filled and repainted. That excitement changed in a hurry. I felt like the guy completely rushed with my nails. And he started getting rude also! :( The worst was when he finished painting my nails and the shellac gel polish (which I paid extra for) started getting a bubbly effect and looked smudged :( He said it was my fault for not putting my hand properly in the dryers!! And reassured me that it would look good once the topcoat was on. It does not look good!! It is very smudgy looking!! And to top it off, just one day later it is beggining to chip!! If I could only show y’all a picture of my nails and what I walked out with yesterday. Jagged edges, cuticles bleeding and showing through the fake nail, I have purple instead of burgundy, I said sns ended up with acrylic. I've been here before and would again have thought it a 5 star...but this time i came in without an appointment, i said full set of nails and a pedi, and they agreed. Then once the pedi was done (and not very well i add) they told me i couldn't have color on my nails because it will take too long, they closed 10 minutes ago at 7pm. I replied with "that's why i told you what i wanted, and you agreed." Impressively she did my acrylics in 15 minutes, without color to match my feet, but still charged me full price! I used to go to Tracy at Le Nails to get my nails done all the time. As the years have passed I’ve gone to her shop in the Randolph mall less and less. My last experience with her happened to be my worst, though there have been others. I came in for a fill in, and to repair two nails that had broke off. When I sat down I could tell that she was having a bad day, she had been crying and was obviously upset. She began doing my nails. In the process she cut me. I didn’t say anyt...hing about it because I’ve had bad days too. So I just let it go. Not even ten minutes later she cuts my other finger ! It burned so bad ! Before she even cut me I forgot to mention... when repairing a nail that has broke off it has ALWAYS been my experience that you take off the rest of the broken nail before you glue on the new one. Tracy glued the new tip on top of the old broken acrylic!!! Which as a result my two nails that she “repaired” broke off a week later or less. You can imagine how pist I was considering I had just got them done! What a waste of money. She skips tons of filing steps which causes that annoying hair puller at the cuticles. She moves so fast she does a terrible job. Let’s not forget to mention that she was literally on the phone screaming and crying the whole Time! I thought getting your nails done was supposed to be relaxing ? As a mom or two it’s the only thing I get to enjoy and she completely ruined it for me. Everytime I go in there and get my nails done they always end up cutting me bad enough to bleed. One time she just polished over the area where I was cut (near my cuticle) like she was trying to cover it up. My nail beds are super sore for days on end afterwards and the quality of work is horrible. She goes so fast just to get you out of there that you end up with a half @$$ nail job. They are very nasty, they do not clean the tools before reusing them. I went it one time to get my nails done and the acrylic nail was glued to my finger not my nail. And the were in such a rush to get me out that they wouldn't fix the polish they had all over my hand. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Came here with my girlfriend. Thought it would be nice to get our feet done since I'm a landscaper so my feet are pretty nasty. As we get our feet done, I looked at the drainage tubs which were clear, but black parts within the tube (maybe mold?) Anyways, they did my feet and we were done. Couple days later I got a gaint zit on the back of my caff. Day later I couldn't walk. Went to the doctor and was told I have MRSA. They treated it and didn't work. I went to the ER and it was spreading almost to my whole leg. ER doctor didn't know if it was going to be curable and gave me meds hoping it worked. It worked, but I feel like washing tools might not be a thing here. Not only that, but if it went into my blood stream, I could be in the hospital for months and maybe even lead to death.Read Less

I totally agree with the comment below. This is was my secret spot but they are so great that I recommend them to everyone!! Charlie is my go to girl for threading/shellac manis but all the employees are super nice. The prices are reasonable and they always honor my apt time. My shellac nails always last me 3+ weeks! I made an appointment for 11am for a pedicure with charlie.   They sat me down to soak at 1130.  At 1150 I stood up, dried my feet, put my shoes on and walked out. Not one of the 5 employees said one word to me while in the chair or as I walked out.  Bad. Bad. Bad service. Read Less

They do awesome work!!!!! anything that you want for a design for your toes they can do. Every month I get a pedicure I always get compliments from my friends and family about my toes. I am really pleased with their service, very nice and genuine people. I also like they fact that they have a little box just for you with your own nail file, and all the other stuff they use for pedicures. So your not sharing with other people.
