It is my forth time here and I have always been satisfied even though it is quite expensive. However this is definitely the last time I will ever come to this place. I asked for a 25£ crown and partying refresh highlights and the guy agreed to it and proposed that if I added some more highlights on the side of my head it would only be a fiver more.... After I got my treatment and I went to pay the girl asked me for 54£ including my student discount. I argued saying that this was not what I have been told and she said that the blow-dry wasn't included in the price. I didn't even get a haircut and they added 24£ to what was supposed to be my £30 bill? I didn't even want a perfect blow dry as when I initially spoke to the guy, he said it would be a "quick blow-dry" obviously meaning that he wouldn't charge me full price for it. But that's not what happened. Absolutely ridiculous. Moreover just to clarify this, who did my hair was a very young guy, but they argued on the Google reviews that they had an experienced stylist doing my hair. Very very disappointed. My stylist Beata was fantastic! So friendly and really listened to what I wanted for getting my hair up. I have been to many, many nail salons throughout the entire Milwaukee area and suburbs and have found that the best one I have ever been to is right in my backyard.  The staff at Platinum is friendly and efficient and do excellent work.  They are busy, but they will always get you in and never make you feel rushed.  The camaraderie between everyone that works there is awesome!  Jonnie, the owner, is a professional. I've been to just about every nail Salon in SE WI and this is the best I've found. Not much to look at, but very clean, friendly nail techs and my nails always look great. This was the first place since Moving to  Milwaukee two years ago from California ; that I felt like the pedicure was as good. I have been to places in the Bayview area that my feet would even fit into the spa. I was in and out in 50 min. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

Best nail salon in Muskego BY FAR! There is never a wait, they are courteous, extremely reasonable in price and do the best nails around. Johnny is really talented, but so are all of his girls.
