I get my eyebrows done quick and easy at a place where they barely speak english and could care less how my brows turned out so when i came in contact with a certificate to LSpa from an old friend I figured I should give a new place a try. This was by far the most greatest experience I've had. I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and yet I feel like I signed up for a whole therapeutic session. They were kind and friendly and cared for me instead of looking at it like it's just a job to make their money. Lea gave me options on my tinting to my liking to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and Carolyn got me very comfortable on the bed and with music while she waxed my brows and made sure I was satisfied about the shape she created them to form and match my face. She also offered me a complimentary treatment over my brows to reduce the redness and prevent break outs after the waxing was done. When I left I felt so relaxed and taken care of I told 3 people out of excitement the moment I got home about my experience here. I immediately chose to switch my Go-To place to get my eyebrows done to LSpa. They will definetly be seeing me again.

I have very difficult hair to cut because it is wavy.However Lo at L Spa knows how to cut and color it just right! She tends to be busy but I have been fortunate enough to get on her cancellations list so I get in early. She also takes the time to style it afterwards which stylists at other salons don't always do. If only I could style it as well on my own! Haha The front desk Staff is friendly and accommodating -- they offer coffee, tea, or yummy hot cocoa. It is also a really relaxing environment. I enjoy the sachets of lavender that you can smell to help get you in the relaxed mood!Highly recommend and they offer spa services as well which I look forward to trying.

I went here for a mani/pedi with my best friend before my wedding and we had a great experience. Both of the polishes held up really well (they offer a long lasting finger nail polish that got me three weeks of wear even with a boating week long honeymoon!) and it was very nice, relaxing and professional. I've also since had my brows done and gone back for more nail services and I've been very happy!

I’ve been very happy with my LCN manicures from Lauren at L Spa. The outstanding feature of LCN is that it is indestructible. I've never had any chipping and I often go 3 weeks between appointments. Also, if I want to change the color between appointments, I can paint over the LCN with regular polish at home, and the LCN will remain shiny and fresh when I remove the home color. Lauren is an instructor-level expert in this product and she has very high standards. Although it is more expensive than other manicures, it is extremely durable and the entire process takes just 30 minutes.

I had heard of L Spa when they were in New Berlin. I tried them a few days ago and loved my services! I had a cut and color with Heather and a gel manicure with Hanna. The place and staff are beautiful. I felt great after going to L Spa, I highly recommend it. One of my favorite things was, they can make you a latte. Yes. I said latte! L Spa looks, feels and smells like a real spa, I can't wait to back in two weeks.

I highly disagree! The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful. The girl that did my pedicure took her time; took off old polish, shaped my nails and asked if I liked them and needed any adjustments, then helped me pick out a new color and painted. The staff was all very nice, friendly, and helpful. The price was just right for the service and the job they did. I would highly recommend L Spa and I am definitely going back!!

Aweful service, aweful pedicure. The person that did my toes didn't shape them, cut them way too low for summer, they hurt, the paint job stunk, I was sweating it was so hot in there, the atmosphere was nothing to rave about & the price for this pedicure was unreal. Other places charge the normal $25.00 & give you a foot massage, most take their time with painting the nails, etc. This person seemed hurried & I would not go back.

I was looking for a place near my boyfriend's house, so I just searched yellowpages.com. I saw that L Spa had 13 reviews and 5 stars, so I thought, let's try it. I didn't call ahead, but the receptionist was SO helpful and checked to see if I could get my toes painted right away, and yes they could! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing; it really feels like a spa versus a nail salon. The woman who did my paint first shaped my nails, took off all the polish, and had great ideas on what colors would look best with my French paint. The prices are more expensive than most nail salons, but she did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend it for a job well done!

My sister was getting married and my mother and I were looking for a place to go and have pedicures done before the wedding. We wanted to go somewhere local and somewhere different than the other large spa/salons in the area. We decided to go to L Spa. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable before, during and after our pedicures. The nail technicians were also very friendly and conversational. I also came to find out that their nail technicians do gel nails, which i decided to start doing, because of previous poor experiences with acrylic nails. My nails are BEAUTIFUL, I couldnt be happier with the way they look EVERY time. I get compliments all the time about them!

LSpa is a beautiul facility. As a new client you have to sign a cancellation policy -- LSpa requires a 24-hour cancellation policy; if not a late fee of 50% will be charged. So what about when LSpa changes something --- do they offer a 50% refund for the change? No.I also agree with another rater in that pedicures were given to multiple clients by the same nail technician at the same time. (this is not personalized service) I expect that when I make a pedicure appointment that it will be one nail technician working on one person at one time. For the price, this should not be the case.I am unsure if I will go back again.

I went to the L Spa with two friends for their Spa Pedicures (a notch up from the basic pedis). I made the appointments weeks in advance, and there was still only one person to do all three of us. It took 3 hours...the Spa Pedicure included a foot and calf massage, which we didn't get. Just some lotion rubbed on. Overall the spa itself was decent looking, but the staff and pedicure we received seemed unprofessional, definity didn't live up to how they describe it to be. I was very surprised and dissapointed to have that kind of service considering the price they charge.

I never knew this spa was so close until my co-worker sent me here before my wedding. I had every intention of getting gel nails for my wedding only. However; the staff was so great and my nails are so beautiful that I keep coming back. Lauren is an expert and so fast! I have never had better looking nails in my life, I get so many complements. I sent some girlfriends to L for pedicures and facials and they couldn't stop talking about it.

It is all so relaxing, and I will definitely be bringing my friends for a spa party and also booking a couples massage in their new romantic couples massage room. It is all so incredible!!

I wanted to host a Spa party for 8 of my girlfriends this place was outstanding! Typically if you have a large party of people you are still in a room with strangers while you wait for you services or they cannot accommodate 8 women at once, this spa can do it all. At L Spa we were treated the best. They closed the spa for us, had food catered in, every single expectation was far exceeded. The services we received were exceptional and reasonably priced. This spa is much different form most you go to they are either hair places with spa services or they are uppity spas where you feel intimidated NOT THIS PLACE!!! I would highly recommend checking out this place.

I get my eyebrows done quick and easy at a place where they barely speak english and could care less how my brows turned out so when i came in contact with a certificate to LSpa from an old friend I figured I should give a new place a try. I went here for a mani/pedi with my best friend before my wedding and we had a great experience. The girl that did my pedicure took her time; took off old polish, shaped my nails and asked if I liked them and needed any adjustments, then helped me pick out a new color and painted. It took 3 hours...the Spa Pedicure included a foot and calf massage, which we didn't get. Just some lotion rubbed on. Overall the spa itself was decent looking, but the staff and pedicure we received seemed unprofessional, definity didn't live up to how they describe it to be. I was very surprised and dissapointed to have that kind of service considering the price they charge.

I never knew this spa was so close until my co-worker sent me here before my wedding. I had every intention of getting gel nails for my wedding only. However; the staff was so great and my nails are so beautiful that I keep coming back. Lauren is an expert and so fast! I have never had better looking nails in my life, I get so many complements. I sent some girlfriends to L for pedicures and facials and they couldn't stop talking about it.

Our day was nothing but romantic and far exceeded our expectations!Their prices were great too! Much better than we ever could have imagined! WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!

L Spa is definitely the new place to be. The services are all out of this world. Best massages and facials ever, and I would never again have anyone else do my manicures and pedicures. It is all so relaxing, and I will definitely be bringing my friends for a spa party and also booking a couples massage in their new romantic couples massage room. It is all so incredible!!

I wanted to host a Spa party for 8 of my girlfriends this place was outstanding! Typically if you have a large party of people you are still in a room with strangers while you wait for you services or they cannot accommodate 8 women at once, this spa can do it all. At L Spa we were treated the best. They closed the spa for us, had food catered in, every single expectation was far exceeded. The services we received were exceptional and reasonably priced. This spa is much different form most you go to they are either hair places with spa services or they are uppity spas where you feel intimidated NOT THIS PLACE!!! I would highly recommend checking out this place.
