My mom used to go to this salon years ago but stopped after poor service. I heard they were under new management so I decided to try them out after the guy at V-Nails on Sherman butchered me up one too many times. I will say that the service was excellent. Super friendly staff. It's a clean salon and they use liners and new tools when they do your pedicures. They also have free wine. Mai is a great nail tech and she does custom designs. Paid $40 to get my nails done here. Gave a $10 tip. Not even a week later, one came off. Went back, she fixed it. A few days later two more fell off. Went back to get them repaired and the windows were boarded up with a sign stating "Under new management coming soon." There was no notification of this on theit website. I’ve been here twice now, and was already on the fence about coming back a second time, but needed a fill so I gave it another chance. Huge mistake!!! The younger lady who did my nails the first time did a great job.....until less than a week later and all my nails were falling off easily. So this time I went and the gentleman who I believe is the owner did my nails. Bigger mistake. Not only was he actually filing my fingers, but 2 of my nails were so badly shaped I had to reshape them myself. I left almost in tears, my fingers were cut up and sore, and my nails looked terrible. To make it worse, later that SAME day, one of my nails snapped off!!! While I was getting my nails done, another lady came in with multiple nails popping off sooner than a week after getting them done. I’ve been getting my nails done for 17 years and NEVER had these problems anywhere else. Next time I will be sure to wait until my nail tech gets back to have them done. Should've checked the reviews. Random dude (does he work here?) Is in front slumped in a chair watching porn on his Ipad. How can you tell it's porn? Oh, well he's not wearing headphones and has the sound turned all the way up. So unless moans and sex sounds are a new language...Place is not sanitary, my toenails were not cut or filed evenly, absolutely no calf or foot massage. I will never go back to this place again! I went here a good 5-6 times until I had enough. Most of the employees care more about what's going on with their phones, rather than giving their full attention to their costumer. The girl who did my nails last time, spent more time propping her phone up to watch her movie, rather than focusing on my nails. I had to get to work within the 2 hours so I didn't have time to sit there while she made sure she could watch her movie. Lotus is where it's at!! The guy was super nice, but my fake nails took an hour and a half to do and by the time he was done my nails hurt. Also by day 2 they look as if they've been on for about 2 weeks already. I'm sad because I was hoping they would last and look nice for awhile. Read Less
