It was my first time getting acrylic nails. I struggle pretty bad with dermatillomania (obsessive skin picking) around my finger nails. So of course I was super embarrassed to have someone work on me. But Yuri was efficient and made me feel comfortable. Having these extended nails really is helping, it's almost impossible to pick at myself now. Im feeling less  ashamed of myself. Also, being in the beauty industry myself, I especially took note of their disinfecting and sanitation practices; all of which seemed routinely performed after each service. I had an appointment, but they were understaffed and were incommunicative about the situation. This impacted the length of my appointment (twice the time it should have taken) and the quality (rushed because they had kept me waiting for so long). Some members of their staff are striking, but they apparently are not adjusting their scheduling to reflect the reduced staff.Read Less

I came to Nailistic to get nails for my graduation. I got a full set with gel, and gel toes. My mother got an express manicure. Yuri did my acrylics and she did amazing! Everyone there super friendly and nice. The tools are all very sanitary, and everything is done much quicker than expected. This was my 2nd visit for a pedicure. I develop ingrown nails due to the shape of my nails. I have had wonderful care and service by Eury (not sure if I spelled name correctly, if not, I apologize). I absolutely love her but she reassures me that all the nail technicians can take care of that problem when it occurs. I will be going back and on a regular basis to prevent the ingrown situation. My first three experiences with this salon were good. My last experience not so much. This past Friday I scheduled a 5:15 appointment to get chipped polish and a broken nail fixed. My polished chipped on a couple of nails about a week after getting them done and my nail broke about the same time. Although scheduling a 5:15 appointment I wasn't seen until almost 6 o'clock. (I think there are only three nail techs that work with fake nails.) Understandable, but I was a little a...nnoyed by this because I scheduled an appointment that morning, It wasn't like I just walked in. To make things worse the next day the same polish I had "fixed" Friday chipped and another nail broke tonight, prompting me to write this review. I probably won't be back… On a positive note the salon is VERY clean and the staff is FRIENDLY! You get $5 off when you pay for your services using cash. Would recommend for natural nails. Best pedicure experience I have ever had! I actually don't love pedicures. Often times techs are rough and rude. I knew this would be different when I was asked if I had any allergies of medical conditions. I don't but suddenly wondered why I had never been asked before. She was gentle and patient. A few decent artists and really clean, but the stylist who wears a plastic smock uses cheap or really diluted topcoat that cracks in less than 24 hours and then argues it's supposed to look lile that when you come into get it fixed. Read Less

I've been looking for a good place to get a pedicure for a couple years now, and after being to a few in the area this is definitely my favorite. Friendly and professional staff, clean, and they did a great job.I called for an appointment on a Friday afternoon and they got me in right away. They have nice chairs with massage that seem relatively new -- they actually work when you change the settings! -- and the bath for my feet was nice and warm. I did the mid-range pedi and it felt great. She didn't rush through and it was relaxing. I chatted when I felt like it and read my book, too. I'd definitely recommend; very pleasant experience. This is by far the friendliest and hygienic nail salons that I have been to. All of the employees are friendly and they only speak English. I don't know about you, but there is nothing worst then sitting there for an hour and thinking that the help is talking about you. Yes, it is a bit more expensive but everything is super clean. I never sit there and wonder when the last time the pedibath or the tools were cleaned--they are always cleaning!It's well worth getting the deluxe mani and pedi.
