My hair was very, very sad and in desperate need of TLC. I was unable to visit my regular stylist, and she recommended Becca at Harwood Hair Co. I called an made an appointment, which was very easy to do and I was able to get in the exact day and time that I had planned!The studio is very cute and located near all the hustle and bustle of the Tosa Village. Due to the time of day of my visit, finding street parking was slightly challenging until I realized I should park a couple blocks up the hill. My first impression was that this is a clean and trendy place - I liked the vibe :)I had come prepared with some photos of cuts and colors. I wanted to go a little bolder, a little brighter. Becca checked out my photos and went to work. She was very thorough, leaving no hair untouched. My rinse and wash was very relaxing, and the products used smelled wonderful.Becca was very friendly and fun to chat with. She definitely has experience and knows what she is doing. My hair turned out fabulous - just like the pictures!! I regularly get a pedicure with reflexology with Kristin here. Not only is her attention to detail amazing, but her massage is completely relaxing. I work in retail and am on my feet all day... Just went to this salon last night. I've been going to Vici Capilli in Brookfield for the last 6 years, but my hair stylist left and she was the only thing keeping me there. I was apprehensive about having anyone else cut my hair - but Harwood Hair Co was fabulous. It's got a great atmosphere and the people are extremely friendly. My stylist did exactly what I wanted with my hair and I was done quickly! I got a manicure while I was there as well and was extremely impressed. Everything was very sanitary, my nail tech was great and I'm thrilled with the results. I plan on returning to Harwood Hair Co for all my hair, nail and waxing needs! Also, this is a true Aveda salon. All of the hair products they use are Aveda, and they're also listed on the salons on Aveda's website. All the nail polishes they use are O.P.I which I couldn't have been happier about!! Read Less
