Richard is the best! I have been going here for over 8 years, and have multiple friends who do too. The service is great with all of the staff and you will be pampered. There are plenty of pedicure chairs for a fun group outing too! It is best to make your appointments in advance, but they will do everything possible to squeeze in walk ins. Read Less

Vee does a great job on acrylics and is very professional, I'll always choose best nails over other salons in town for them. She always takes time to make sure they look the way I want and that the shape is right. Definitely recommend her! Read Less

Made my hand look stubby. I am very dissatisfied with my nails. I personally think glue on look nicer. They shaved and filed it down that my nails looks so short and unreal. I even think personally my real nails look even better. I'm so disappointed. Read Less

WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! I believe the guys name was Lewis and he wanted to charge me for every single thing! He wanted to charge me extra for my nail shape. Who does that? I was getting an acrylic fill, which obviously means I already have acrylic hence a "FILL" and he wanted to charge me extra because I already had acrylic. THen he lied and said it was $30, when on the board in the front it clearly says $18. Plus he burned my cuticles and made me bleed. He was so awful, will NEVER go back. Read Less

We got in right away for our appt. One of the employees painted two of girls's  nails in our group. He was rude and did a terrible job painting nails. Polish was all over their feet, even underneath! I requested to pay for Mayb cousins pedicure. The man doing her nails was told this. He then pulled her Aside and charged her. I left here very dissatisfied with my services today. The gentleman who did my mani/pedi was in such a rush and seemed annoyed to be at work. #1. I was being pressured to put shellac on my nails which I did NOT want, if the customer states they do not want something they shouldn't be pressured because "it will last longer". #2. The gentleman scalded my foot as he did not check the water temperature prior to spraying my feet down. When I pulled my foot away and said the w...ater was too hot he didn't even seem to care. #3. My pedicure took about 10 minutes. A woman who was there loooong before my arrival was still in her chair getting her toes painted as my SPEEDY pedicure was completed and I was sent to get my manicure started. #4. When people are in such a rush accidents tend to happen, in this case my poor pinky finger cuticle was cut and ripped back too far as my technician was in such a hurry to finish up, this left it bleeding and now very sore. #5. My fingernails and toenails look exactly how you would expect them to look after the time and care my technician took, good thing I'm not from this state or even this side of the country because I will not return. I'm glad to see that many of you have had great experiences at Best Nails at 2321 Hwy. 25 North in Menomonie, Wi., however I can say that my experiences were not good. I was charged $56 for a $40 deluxe pedicure more then once with the manager not believing that he was in the wrong. So, with that being said, I will take my business elsewhere!! Read Less

I got a pink and white full set done when I went there. Not only did I wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, but the total ended up being 60 dollars with tip. They did a nice job, but the price on the window for a full set claimed to be 25 dollars, which is the whole reason I went there. Next time I'll probably stick with a standard manicure! Read Less

I got my nails done literally 14 hours ago and they are already chipping and cracking. I feel uncomfortable going back bc of how impatient the guy doing my nails was acting towards me, not to mention a little on the rude side.
