They are supposed to except walk-ins but when I walked in they “had too many people already coming” and “couldn’t fit me in” when there was no one in the place I’m not exaggerating when I say NOT ONE BODY in the place and they didn’t have enough room. not impressed. never going there every EVER again. BEWARE. I just left this place and after my pedicure was done, the nail tech packaged up the dirty tools he just used on my feet (I.e. cuticle clippers, nail clippers) and did NOT disinfect them before putting back in the packaging they are supposed to use after the tools are sanitized, moved stations and started using them on the next customer. I’m disgusted, I’m certain now those tools were dirty that he used on me. He also used the clippers on himself before putting them in the bag. They are definitely not following sanitization standards here. Do not recommend this place. Read Less

I have been a client at this location for 8 months. The gel manicures are excellent. However, two weeks ago, my daughter treated me to a $45 pedicure. As the woman was using the scraper gadget she literally sliced a gash on my big toe. My toe bled the whole day. I went to my doctor because I feared it was infected. Thankfully it was not. I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience nor given a followup call. To date, my toe has not fully healed. I cannot recommend this shop. Read Less

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for years and they do a great job on gel manicures and pedicures. The staff is always friendly and they have a great color selection. Some of the other reviews said the gentleman there are rude but I’ve never experienced that, I’ve seen them be extremely patient with the most picky customers…. The atmosphere of the salon is very clean very modern, much nicer than most nail salons and the prices are reasonable. Read Less

My 16 year old had her nails done, they sliced her finger open with the edge of a nail file. Her finger was bleeding a lot and painful, no apology from the nail tech. She called me after she had paid to tell me what happened, I instructed her to ask for a refund. She asked for the refund from the man who did her nails, he began yelling at her in front of the crowded salon. My daughter called me crying. I drove to the salon and asked to speak with the manager or owner. I was told the owner lives in California and there is no one in charge of the Menomonee Falls salon. They said they would have to get permission from the owner in California before they could refund us. I asked them to simply void the credit card transaction. At that point the man who did my daughter's nails threw the $35 at me in cash. A horrible salon, I would recommend avoiding it at all cost! Read Less
