It's a very nice salon. Technicians are friendly and courteous. I was loving this salon because no one I know uses it, it's not filled with ghetto unprofessional workers or clients and that's a plus for me!!!! The reason I gave it 3 stars however is my nail technician decided to let me know that the pink and white acrylic that I get takes too much time to do and I believe she's the only one that can do it. If you offer a service, and I want it then that's what I'm going to get. She even TOLD me not ASK me to soak them off so that I can get the quicker process. This made me definitely not want to go back. If the process is too long, which it is, then don't offer it at your salon. But as long as it's offered, that's what I'm going to get. It is NOT my problem that it takes too long. Maybe they need to train two others to do it as well!!! Then she stated that the other process would be better for me since I'm always pressed for time. I don't know who told her that nonsense but when I make an appointment, it means that I have set aside the time to take care of my nails!!!! I'm going back but I'm NOT soaking anything off. If I could give this salon 100 stars I would. I've had my nails done by Chloe before and I really hate myself for going to see other people behind her back. She was a saving grace and fixed my nails from hell that another salon messed up so bad! Now, I can't stop staring at my nails! Extremely talented techs there and a super friendly environment! This salon is hands down my favorite nail salon I've ever been to (and I've gone to quite a few)! I got a full set of acrylics done there and I don't think I've ever looked at my hands so much because these guys did such an amazing job! I used to really like this place..Lanny and her husband are great (down to earth and good at what they do)..The rest of the staff should take a lesson from them..Today I went in for a polish change on my toes and when I told Peter what I was there for, he replied "I will see if I have time to do it"..So I sit down and about 20 mins later, a girl came over to get me (he never said whether he was going to be able to do it or not, he basically just ignored/forgot about me)..I go... to the chair and she's about to start and asks if I want my nails cut down and when I tell her yes, she says that is an extra $5..I have NEVER been charged at ANY other nail salon for my nails to be cut down..It is part of the polish change and it should be because the price is already $10 to start with. I always get a design which is an extra $5 but that is understandable..so with the design I'm spending $15 and if I were to pay the $5 to get cut down, that would be $20 for a polish change! If I'm going to spend that I may as well get a full pedicure! The rudeness and unprofessionalism are not worth that kind of money and they won't get any more of mine! Ive been to some pretty bad places where the quality is terrible and the atmosphere isn't too great, but this place was just all around awesome! I've been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I'm always satisfied. They treat their customers with the up most respect, always making sure your/ they are taken care of, they treat everyone like family and it's never tense or up tight in this place. Even customers interact with one another as if everyone already knows eachother. This salon is filthy. The foot scrubbing block looked like it scrubbed 1,000 feet. The nail file looked like it filed 1,000 nails.The employee's children are running around the salon. The back area of the salon looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. If you're looking to relax and get a pedicure, go somewhere else. It is a cheap place, very affordable. However, you get what you pay for. I am not sure what the manicure service is like, however, after my pedicure service, I will not be going back. Love love love it here!! Staff is super friendly and very talented. I've gone to several other salons in the area and none compare to the quality of nailcessity.
